Add me to the list of former customers. I was screwed by the mysteriously cancelled delivery order also. Ordered a pizza at 4PM for a 5:30 delivery. Checked the status a5 just after 5 and it had been cancelled with no explanation. I called and was told they weren't currently delivering. When I said there was no indication of that when I placed the order and pre-paid for it, they hung up.
Please don’t waste your money here. Pizza’s were terrible and they just lie about your delivery order. They told me that the order is on the way but I could see that the driver didn’t even pick up the order from them. Delay is fine but lie is something a customer would hate.
Do NOT go here. Ordered 2 pizzas with multiple toppings on both and it felt like I got PUNKED. Barely any toppings on each pizza... Also they charge 20$ for a medium pizza… the medium is basically a small. I spent 43$ on 2 bad pizzas and felt like I was robbed. Go to domino’s down the street… you’ll get better quality and pricing at dominos… never thought I’d say that. Don’t go here simple as that.
Ordered a deep dish but it clearly wasn’t. I asked the guy and he gave me a look saying he clearly messed up but another guy just put up the receipt and said ya this is deep dish. They don’t care at all so if you have any other options whatsoever then definitely go somewhere else. Don’t listen to the good reviews (probably fake).
Terrible got robbed by these people they only send half out the order then when we called they said that we were lying we have witnesses that seen them deliver only 2 pizza boxes when there was suppose to be 3 then they hung up on us when we called back they answered the phone saying lahey hospital we called the police they said there was nothing they could do disgusting the way we were treated now it’s to late to order from anyone els and 2 of us can’t eat notice it says 1 of 3 then 3 of 3 clearly missing a box
Really surprised with all the low ratings. My favorite go to for pizza. Even when I suggest this place for my friends, they all end up loving it. Super fresh and delicious ! The workers are kind as well. Everything is delivered neat and in a timely fashion. Even their online rewards system is great. I’ve been gifted a $10 off coupon at least 4 times already

8chicken chunks is four normal size chicken fingers cut in half for $10 ….. and gross to boot. Never again

This was my first and last time ordering from pizza days in revere ma I ordered a spinach calzone and steak and cheese stuffed bread some fries and some bite size barbecue chicken bites and mozzarella sticks the calzone was in bread it looked just like the steak and cheese stuffed bread they were ok just no flavor to them but the worst my French fries were still frozen I kid you not frozen some were cooked but most of them were a white color I broke it open and it was ice cold frozen alot of them were I had to cook them and season them for my grandkids and the chicken was cold inside and looked pinkish with a drop of barbecue sauce on them I threw them away not gonna risk it with kids and the mozzarella sticks were so soggy and just awful I called to speak with manager just to let him no and he was so rude he told me well I had to deliver them it got cold to that I replied they should not be frozen he said well what can I do he was so ignorant I could not believe he was the manager I will never ever get food from there again do your self a favor and do not order from the pizza days in revere it is like throwing your money in the trash because that's what I did with the food awful awful ..
