I went in with lower expectations because of the mixed reviews but I believe this place is actually very good for the area. For the pasta, it was cooked well and the taste was very good. We had to to try the mozzarella sticks (because of the hilarious reviews on them) and they were pretty good. I think the reviews on this place are mostly wrong and out of place. nothing here was unfairly priced or out of range for the local area. If anything, a place like this would attract a good crowd to enjoy decent food around a crowded area! The staff is friendly and they do care about customers and quality of food. Only thing i would change is free refills on fountain sodas but besides that everything was awesome.

Sadly disappointed. Not even close to the ads you see online. Went for the first time tonight. Mozzarella sticks were hard and not pull apart or stretchy in the slightest. Chicken parm was so thin and tough -- it was difficult to stick my fork through it or even cut it with a knife. This is the first time I never finished my food at a restaurant. Sauces were good, though. Waitress was very nice! I expected much better quality food, especially with prices that high.

Honestly really wanted to like the restaurant. Wanted a new place where we can take the kids. It was a very disappointing experience. Place was nicely finished. Staff was friendly but didn’t know the menu well. The $12 kids menu was basically a blob of spaghetti. My eggplant parmigiana was lukewarm. My wife’s $17 salad was cut up tomatoes, dressing and a chunk of mozzarella. All for $99 not including tip. We were hungry after since many of us couldn’t eat the food. Really needs to rethink prices and quality of food for price.

So happy Parm has come to Burlington!! After eating at two of the NYC locations, I was so excited to be able to enjoy Parm’s amazing food closer to home! I stopped by recently and had the pleasure of sitting with Denise, one of their amazing bartenders and she took such good care of me!! Angela, the executive chef even came to say hello and I also got to meet Chris the GM. Overall a comfortable dining experience with classics and great cocktails. 10/10 recommend.

Denise the bartender was so fun! She was so sweet and helpful when picking drinks! Fantastic food and great atmosphere :)

Service and food were great! Had an aperol spritz (first time trying one and it was delightful), the buffalo cucumbers which were amazing and unique, and maybe the best eggplant parm I’ve ever had with a Greek side salad. Casual atmosphere was fun and enjoyed feeling comfortable in jeans and a sweater. I disagree with other reviews, I think the food is well worth the price. Looking forward to going back soon!

This place just opened and it was awesome. The server called us family which was a nice touch. The owner manager greeted us and comped us on a dish which was a little salty. The best was burata and garlic bread. $12 was well worth it. Try the carbone!! It was divine.. Check out the picture!

Went for lunch with our 5 year old. Very bright and clean inside. Casual atmosphere doesn't reflect the prices. Food was good but way overpriced. $8 for a basket of shoestring fries. Chicken parm was alright, not worth $26. Not the best or worst we've had flavor wise. Limited beverages. Server was friendly but service was slow. At over $90 including tip for two adults, one kid who only had fries, and no alcohol, unlikely we will go back.

Prices do not match the vibe of the restaurant. Servers wear T-shirt’s and jeans. The server my party had was rude and not friendly at all. Mozz and garlic bread was burnt and had little to no garlic. Will say the pasta dish i ordered was tasty minus the fact that i had to ask for Parmesan cheese instead of being offered, also was expecting fresh shaved Parmesan for the price…other than that would not go back.

Unfortunately not great food. We were so excited for the chicken parm but tasted as if they were frozen cutlets not made fresh. Sauce not great and it did not taste like homemade pasta as stated. One and done. Very overpriced. We ordered a salad but the meal came first so we said don’t bother. What a disappointment the food was. Anyone that is raving about their food, clearly doesn’t know good Italian food.
