Had a work function here. Buffet style so ppl can mingle and be flexible. The food was absolutely delicious fresh from kitchen, three hours later and as leftovers. I loved it. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
This location had been suggested and we were happy with our server, Elbert (?) and the food. I had Spagetti & Meatballs, my wife and granddaughter the Chicken Parmagia. I honestly cannot remember our granddaughter's Mother's dish, but it was chicken and she enjoyed it. The food is very good here and the prices are rewasonable. Highly recommended.
I ordered a takeout of spaghetti and meatball - it cost me like $20.The food tasted decently good but nothing spectacular. It felt pretty overpriced for what I'm getting. Maybe it would have been better to dine inside, I admit the place seems fancy...
I haven't been to too many Italian restaurants, but this has been hands down some of the best Italian food I have ever had. The pasta, sauce, chicken, everything was made perfectly. The customer service was amazing and the restaurant looked amazing with all the decoration and atmosphere. I would highly recommend coming here in the Burlington area.
Whenever I see foods such as arancini on a menu, I get excited to give the place a whirl. The second plus for Osteria was seeing a carbonara sauce not described as "cream sauce".The restaurant is very inviting and colourful, the host friendly, and our server was wonderful! The restaurant wasn't exceptionally busy when we arrived, but it was rather noisy - despite tables being a good distance away. I imagine a busier time could make it distracting to keep conversation at the table. That would be my only con about the atmosphere. The arancini were so tasty, very well done. I had to give the carbonara a whirl and was pretty disappointed to find that the perciatelli were broken up into small bite-sized pieces, not how pasta should be served, and they were very undercooked. That rather ruined the experience of what would have been a great entrée, especially given that any restaurant should be able to cook pasta. My husband ordered a pizza, which we were able to watch them make in a wood-fired oven, very fun! It was very tasty as well.Overall, I really loved this place, and the undercooked pasta was the only downside - which in an Italian restaurant, it's pretty significant.

This was my second visit. With the first one maybe being 3 stars for average Alfredo and Rigatoni Bolognese. This visit, we ordered spaghetti and meatballs and chicken picatta. The spaghetti and meatballs was average at best. The chicken was flavorless, thin and almost slimy, drowning in the sauce and Alfredo noodles. I've had better meals at olive garden.Won't be returning.
I really had a terrible experience tonight. Starting with the water, we ordered drinks and water on the side. Only one of us got water. It was lukewarm with no ice. Not only did we have to request another glass of water but we also had to request a side glass of ice just to make our drinks cold. It was extremely dead and there was no one was there so it’s not like they were busy. Food was not that great at all. Very small menu.. Many workers walking around, hiding and not making eye contact. ? *** fill those water pictures with ice*****
I ordered the chicken piccata. I might as well have ordered a bowl of lemon and salt it was gross so salty almost inedible and I never complain! The bread and salad were excellent though!
