The pizza is normally pretty good if you like thin crust.Last couple of times when I did to go my crust was burnt. They tape the box so I didn't notice until I got home. This has definitely deterred me from coming back.If you still want pizza and are deterred there Is Regina pizza in the food court as well.

Very good and tasty pizza, nice and crispy just the way we wanted it. Only negative are the napkins so thin and flimsy. better off getting better one might use less.

In the mall plenty of parking. Food just ok pizza very similar to a frozen one which was better. Salad good

Pizza was very good service was good

Great pizza and big salad to share

Another great visit! Last night we got delicious fresh Caesar Salad and pizza with artichoke, roasted peppers and spinach!!! So delish!

Get ready for some great pizza! Tomato sauce was exquisite, crust was super good and the cheese was fresh and savory. One of the best pies I’ve had in a while.

The best pizza! Love the char around the edges from the pizza oven! We always enjoy one of Pepe's fresh salads before the pizza!! Love their sodas also, especially the Italian gassosa and the root beer! The staff are always friendly and do a great job!

I've been to Frank Pepe in Watertown many times, excelente Service and pizza, however the one at Burlington mall is a disaster! First, we were waiting for about 20 min until someone showed up to take us to our seat. I understand it was 12pm on a Sunday and they had a 1/2 house full but the service.... Ah, the service! The waitress finally took us to our booth. After 15min she came back and said " do you know what you want?" Seriously?! Is that how you treat customers? Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't place a name tag on each employee, which I find terrible, because the lady was not suit to the job or didn't want to be there. It was really hard to hear her and understand what she was saying. We got our pizza, again not as good as the Watertown one. Our waitress never showed back up. We had to call another lady, who was great on her service btw, to get the a box and the check. Overall, I really like Frank Pepe, however I won't go back to o the Burlington one.

With almost 100 years experience making pizzas, it is hard to argue against a solid reputation. So here I go. It seemed busier than what they are used to. One waitress working the floor. She came over several minutes after being seating and took our whole order even though we wanted to wait to order pizza. We each got a salad to start. Pizzas came to the table as we were finishing our salad. Got the original tomato pie with mozzarella and a meatball and ricotta. The thin crust was crispy with a little char but seemed to be lacking in flavor area. The sauce was also bland. The 1st pizza was topped with mozzarella and it was okay. The ricotta on the other pizza was creamy and fresh. Sliced meatballs had decent flavor. Open kitchen gives the space a nice look. If I'm ever shopping at the Burlington mall, I may stop for a slice to eat and run but not really a night out place. Maybe I need to take a trip to the original in New Haven, CT.
