First time there- very good filet mignon and salmon, especially for a chain! Excellent veggies came with the salmon- a delish spinach and carrot combo- BUT the serving size of the the spinach was about one rounded tablespoon, and the two slices of carrots were about as big as two skinny McDonald's French fries- and I'm not exaggerating. Really? C'mon- that's not fair; for $36 for the main course, give a decent-size vegetable accompaniment to the main course. Almost everything else was fine and fairly priced (beer, wine, yes, cocktail no- apparently they went to the "we sell ice" school of bartending in a big way, worse than most places). Wonderful house dessert. We'd go back despite these issues.

The food at Eddie Vâs was fantastic. We had lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, filet on the bone and sea bass. Everything was absolutely delicious. The ambience is lovely. Our server was fantastic in the beginning, but as more tables filled up, we had a hard time finding him. Overall, Eddie Vâs is our favorite restaurant!!

Branzino, tuna tar tare, shrimp, lobster mashed and Brussels sprouts all among the best I’ve had. Will most definitely be going back to sample more of the menu

We recently moved from PA where we regularly enjoyed consistently excellent service at the king of Prussia location. We have tried the Copley restaurant and have been disappointed one too many times so we decided to try Burlington . This was the food and service we have come to except so we hope that this will be our new go to location even though it will be a bit of a drive for us.
