Extremely bad service we had to face. First time we got hash browns they were cold and not pleasant to eat, so naturally we went back to ask for warm ones and not these old ones. When they gave us the next ones they were hot of course, but went I when to eat one I found a burn, utterly disgusting (literally charcoal) hash browns. Half the staff seemed distracted and one seemed to put the work in but it's wasn't enough.
Great food. Staff is nice. Coffee is good.
This place is getting worse. I ordered 2 coffees. Notice only one was rang in so I mentioned there was two. So they had to ring in two separate transactions which is fine. I get to the window and the cashier was confused. So finally after figuring it out, i handed him the cash and then he asked if i would like to use the remaining change for the second transaction. Sure of course. In the process of ringing in the second transaction he handed me back my change, 3 dollars short. I told him i was short and he seemed really confused. Then handed me one coffee and said goodbye. I was still waiting for my second coffee which i told him and he got confused and then asked which coffee it was, both the same coffees. Finally got it. Really just lack of communication and focus going on.
Apparently this place closes at 850pm, because when I got there and tried to order a cappuccino I was told they cleaned the machines and would not fulfill my order. I asked why she would clean a machine before closing the store, forcing customers who work the overnight and drove miles around to find a coffee place open to settle with a plain iced coffee, and she responded with a, "wHaTt?" Response. Last I remember employees should care more about serving the customer until the actual closing time, and less about closing early to go play on their phone. Will never do business here again.
Dunks, I've heard stories of people coming from all over neighboring towns to this particular dunks, Something about having the freshest coffee around. Judging by the drive thru line. I can tell they are the best around.

Don’t tell them they messed up your drink and apologize politely even though they messed up, you’ll be given eye rolls and treated like your a dbag so much so that when they still hand you the wrong drink because they’re so inconvenienced they don’t read the label you just drive away paying for something you won’t drink…
Drive thru is relatively slow. Coffee is made right 70% of the time. Guess it's better then most DD. I would rate 3.5 stars. Better then 3, not quite 4
I use to love it here. But the past 3 times it had been horrible. VERY long wait. Ordered on the App. Got to window and they couldn't find the order. Ordered the black pepper sandwhich on a bagel. Bagel was cold, not roasted, and cheese was nor melted. It was gross! I will give them the benefit of doubt, seems like a lot of new people working there now.
