This Chipotle at noon on a Friday was a disappointment. The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy. They ran out of black beans and gave me a few beans and mostly bean juice. I found a bay leaf in my burrito. The guac was mostly brown. The first server was pushing fajitas and queso and not listening to people's choices which slowed things down. I won't visit this location again.

it is in a great location, but the employees are not always polite, the store is almost always dirty and the counter is disgusting, once there was only one employee and I had to ask him to change his glove because he was serving my food with the same one glove that received money, also the store usually closes super early and sometimes it doesn't even open without any warning. get better.

Great customer service here. I ordered through the app and accidentally sent my order to the chipotle in Watertown (because it’s the one I usually order at) and because it was very far away and couldn’t be changed on the app I asked the team to see how they could help me change pick up to Woburn chipotle but they instead offered to remake my order at no extra cost so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Watertown

I normally love Chipotle but every timeI’m one here their food looks dried out, messy. They keep their food on the food line too long - until it expires. The place is really dirty too. Check out how they handled my queso. I actually had to ask them fro a one.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS LOCATIONOrdered from this location today using the Chipotle app. When I arrived, 10 minutes later, the store was closed. The lights were off, and the door was locked, but there were still employees visible in the store. I had already paid for my meal so I tried to call the store. No answer. While I was standing outside, 2 more people came who had the same problem. Luckily, I was able to get refunded through the app, but I will not be returning to this store.

This place is ridiculous. First, they turned off online ordering. I don't know why the Chipotle app was turned off for so many locations, but to say it was inconvenient is an understatement. Secondly, they close at random times now - even times when their hours say they SHOULD be open. I went there in person and found them closed on a Friday in the middle of the day. Extremely frustrating. Just CLOSE the place down if you do not have staff or resources. Chipotle, you're going backwards.

Went in to purchase gift cards. The restaurant was a nightmare. It was dirty, unappetizing, floors hadn’t been swept, tables not washed. I got my cards and was glad to leave. Would never get take out from here or heaven forbid sit at a table.Bottom line - just disgusting! Doesn’t deserve 1 star!!They also have a no cash policy - just cards- ridiculous!!

This was a good example of a fine Chipotle. Staff was friendly, food was good and portions were excellent

This location has shown on a consistent basis that they're management is not competent to motivate its team or lead by example. I've come in numerous time and the workers and managers are unprepared (constantly out of items) and show no sense of urgency to move people through the line. I did not get the managers name but I was in the restaurant on 10/4/21 @4:13pm.

Generous portions, amazing management and friendly staff.I have ordered a salad bowl with stead, and there was an issue with my order. I took it back to the location and just told the manager about it. She was so understanding and offered me to get a refund or have another salad bowl. I'm so happy with the experience because of the way the manager handle the situation. I would go back for sure.
