Very rude service by the lady working in the hot station.they behave their customers as trash.

Order food threw the website for delivery never got my food and didn’t get my money back very frustrating as I ordered from my hotel
I was there for no more than 8mn While I was asking the girl for my order and looking at the order board, then the girl who was taking my order from me said, “Look at me, don’t look at the order board.” I know if this is how the customer is treated and how workers are chosen like this girl. This location always seems to close the grill a good 20 to 30 minutes before actual closing time. I get it, you want to go home. But if someone comes at 7:40, you're still open! Sucks because I used to work *at this location* and it's definitely not like it used to be. I'm sure closing early is costing money, not to mention frustrating customers.Guess the pheasant lane mall location is the only location that actually follows its own hours now.
The manager at the Burlington mall location was very rude to my kid just because he didn't insert the chip card far enough. She wore her mask below her nose and mouth while serving customers and did not wear a name tag. Will be calling corporate office. Shouldn't be so nasty to anyone especially a kid.
The “regular” size fries are about 4 dollars, not sure if they were running low or very cheap with their quantity. I opened the box and honestly started laughing in disappointment because of the amount of fries they gave me. Another person opened it as well and I seen her shaking her head and laughing as well. $4 for these fries? You’re kidding! Also, the line is always empty, I can start to see why. $14 total for this weird meal that didn’t even come with a drink. Last time coming here, I’ll be at Chic Fil A.
I wasn’t here but I’m living through the eyes of a friend right now. upon the pictures I’ve received you can just tell that the bussin’ bussin’ of this food radiates the senses of a mouth watering and savory delicacy that is brought to you by charleys cheesesteaks at the Burlington mall food court. The food court from what I was told was very Smokey/ haze, but who can resist Burlington malls “smoking’” options! Especially at charleys! Thank you Jon!

Showed up 7:40pm on a Monday and asked for an item on the menu and the woman on the counter told me they were closed. Their scheduled to close at 8pm.
