Awesome place
As a weekly customer for a couple of years, today had the worse experience ever. Besides the fact that the place is almost all the time messy (especially outside), one of the baristas (the older barista with longer hair) made a very rude comment saying I am not allowed to bring in snacks for my 2 years old toddler. When I mentioned she is just a kid and needs her fruits and crackers, I was told again this is the last time I am allowed to bring in snacks. So irritated. Mothers will understand. I hope a manager can see this review.

I am so irritated. I will only go to the Winchester location from now on. Terrible service. My tongue is burnt but my partners drink was cold. Other issues here are apparent. Same price at this location but if I could have paid less I would. In Winchester they always get it right. Please retrain the staff here.
Although the service was great and the salted caramel hot chocolate was delicious.... the place was very messy and not so clean. I arrived before 9am and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the seating area since the day before.
Understaffed. Had to wait for a long time. The coffee was good but cookie was average.
