Go for coffee ☕ everytime I visit mall for ride home. Server knows how I take it. Best coffee ☕ anywhere.
Francisco was the BEST manager in this location, humble, good at his job and well organized. Caffe Nero definitely has the best coffee, better than Dunkin !!!!
Went with family to end our trip before heading back. While the coffee was good I wouldn’t be back. Staff were not welcoming and we felt rushed and unwelcome. There’s no hello, how are you, any questions, have a great day. I Let the manager know kindly and he could have cared less. I would pass on this place personally unless you like being treated like you are on a conveyor belt.
Great atmosphere. I had the Classico coffee which was very good. Would have liked some honey, but that's me. Outstanding chocolate chip cookie!
Had the turkey n cheese croissant. It was okay...but the people working there couldn't seem to get it above 5 miles an hr causing a huge line. In my day....hahaha we left wind in out wake because we were on slay it mode.

First, the atmosphere is what's good, not the coffee anyways. I loved Nero Café but the pink hair guy working was so rude in a superior conceited way, I felt like spilling my expensive coffee all over his counter and decided that was my last stop in this place forever. It was about I asked for a squirt of white chocolate syrup that was right there and he said "no I won't put that in a hot regular coffee" before barking the high price at me. As I navigated around their maze to leave, I listened to him be much more rude to two women who were trying to buy their bags of expensive coffee grounds. He was refusing to grind the whole beans they were buying, saying there's ground coffee on the bottom shelf of the display back over by the entrance. They said no there's not we were looking for it, he insisted there is and no there's no more he could go get. He made them go and check 2 more times and idk next, I left forever.
Good coffee and treats. Pleasant servers.
