I've been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings since it first opened in 2016.Every Thursday my friends and I would go in for the boneless wing meal, have a couple brews and watch whatever games were on. We did this almost religiously on and off for the past couple of years. The experiences were usually just alright and I would have given 3 stars on average for the experiences back then.The sad state that the Burlington Buffalo Wild Wings location is in might as well be zero stars. Long waits with dirty empty tables everywhere. When seated, you could easily be waiting 15-20 minutes before someone even makes eye contact with you. My god, the wait times. I never knew when I'd be able to flag down our waiter/waitress next. Food quality will vary, but good luck getting your waitress or on-duty manager to get anything done about it.Now, the service was obviously struggling from morale and staff shortages, but discussions with employees really set the record straight that corporate was to blame for the Burlington location's failure.In December, my friends and I had some of the worst restaurant experiences of our life here. Within the past month or two, they have lost almost all of their talent. There is nothing left that's redeemable here. We truly have no reason to want to return back ever which is unfortunate due to the convenient location.Do yourself a favor and go to any other Buffalo Wild Wings location - this one is beyond help at this point.
Went with family on today (Tuesday ) for dinner, kids were super hungry. Waitress never showed up, and giving looks , even reminded few times, to keep the water at least , took 35 mins to respond. Finally requested manager to talk. Mgr Jenn, she understood the situation and quickly acted upon sent someone immediately to respond and with her proactiveness order also came quickly. She brought the food as well to the table. The lady who served the table also awesome manners and patience. Thanks for understanding customer with kids.Once again, thanks to Jenn for being considerate with family with little kids. One simple request for future reference, if kids comes ( little ages) please note and bring some quick munches at least so that the visit will be worth while.
I don’t usually review restaurants, but this is the worst experience ever. The waitress at the bar was rude and made us wait for 45 min for food and threw it on our face in a Togo box and Cheque and when we wanted to eat it, she told us you can’t eat food from a Togo box inside , while we never asked her to get a Togo . She even got our order wrong and arguing about that . And one thing anyone expects when you are paying to eat at a restaurant is a decent hospitality, but the waitress at the bar tonight was having 0 percent of that. No one deserves such treatment.
Fries cold hard and dry, chicken barely coated with the dry rub and no sauce for the pickles and no drink. Complete fail
The worst customer service! They told us to wait 40 min and we never got a text so we were back and they said we stopped seating the minute we got their! We called the manager and he was making excuses on why they could not seat us after we waited for 40 min! This is the worst experience I have ever had! Please do not waste your time here! Also it was friends birthday and she was very sad that she could not seat her at her favorites restaurant! This is now her least favorite place to go to! Worst thing ever!
We want to eat at the Buffalo wild wings for my friends sister birthday. When we got there, there was a 45-60 minute wait when we went at 7:00. We put our name in for the texting wait list. They never texted us back when our table was ready. We went an 90 minutes later at exactly 8:30. They said that they must stop accepting customers. They had more then haft the table empty. They just want to show us off and tell to eat at any other restaurant the theirs. We talked the manager and still did not get a table for the birthday. Very, very upset about the service they provided. Every time I go there is always some problem, but this is the worst problem yet. No wonder why I never go here usually and I am probably never going back after this experience.
Despite being short staffed (one cook and one waitress), the food came out in 15 minutes, my drink was filled as soon as it was empty. We’ve been coming here regularly for the last 2 years and yes sometimes the service is shifty but the food is always on point. Now we drive 45 minutes to eat here and I was surprised by all the negative reviews because we had a completely different experience. Maybe sitting at the bar helps. Either way, patience is key. They are all trying their best and it shows. No complaints.
When in the other night! It was before dinner on Thursday so it was not busy. The bartender was sweet! She was busy setting up she had just came on. But did not stop her from communicating which I appreciate! I was surprised the wings came out so quick they were very tasty! If I had an issue it would’ve been if they were not hot they were warm! On the flipside It made it easy for me to eat them quick! I was starving overall I will be returning!
I gave one star because I could give ZERO went there tonight with my family to celebrate my birthday. We watched the UFC fight but we didn’t make it to the main event. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life!!! We was approached by a rude waiter! She was throwing our orders on our table. As it’s my 21st birthday we was consuming alcohol, I had 1 bottle of Corona while my family had 2 each. When I asked for a second bottle she left then came back 15 minutes later to throw the check into my face!! Then I was approached by the manager I actually couldn’t believe it at this point he informed me he was calling the cops But I didn’t understand why when I paid the check he told me I could wait till 1 pm once it was paid Iv never had to pay for a check before I was ready to leave, but that was his closing time (1pm) but then the waiter came over. She started calling me and my family names She made my grandma so distraught that she went home sobbing!! How embarrassing in-front of a restaurant full of people, She’s never been so humiliated in her 70 years of life. As I have never been to a restaurant And not left a tip I still gave her a tip but She ripped it up and bring it back over to my table!! I have honestly never felt so embarrassed in my whole life such poor customer service I will never return again I will advise anyone to spend their money elsewhere!!!!
Table service seems to be much faster than service at the bar…
