I appreciate the vegan options, but Union Square Donuts are drenched in oil. It was very unappetizing and I do not recall their donuts being so oily in previous years.

Absolutely delicious, bouncy, layered, and fruity donuts! Customer service is also really nice. I like their window front sales too!

Pretty tasty donuts and coffee.

Good donuts, coffee is okay. Be warned it’s cash free (even though MA law requires a cash option at all establishments) great location and not busy ! Wish they had outdoor seating/ a Parklet

If you want donuts in Boston you have to go to Union square at least once. Can't go wrong with the maple bacon unless bacon isn't your thing (they have vegan options). Great bar beverages too. On the weekends, expect a wait, albeit well with it.

I was really impressed with the mix of traditional donuts and inspiration lifted from other forms of patisserie and/or cooking. The donuts (five for me because today I’m five years sober! and one for my partner) look amazing and I’m going to have the best time getting through them all throughout the day.I dropped a star for one issue: the donuts were delivered at 9:48am and we weren’t notified by text or call. We got them at 10:10, when I checked the app to see what their status was (delivered). Since checkout said that we’d receive a call when the order arrived, we weren’t paying much attention to the app — and so…cold donuts. But if there are cold donuts worth eating, these are them! Also: any tips from Union Square Donuts on how to keep fresh/reheat?PSDonut pic:⬆️L: Honey GlazeMid L: Vietnamese Coffee⬇️L: Tiramisu⬇️R: Poached PearMid R: Belgian Dark Chocolate⬆️R: Brown Butter Hazelnut Crunch

Not good. We tried two varieties; neither tasted like a donut. They basically tased like a fried bread roll. The dough was far too dense and not sweet. The Boston cream filling didn't taste like anything at all. The frosting also lacked flavor and was not very sweet (I'm pretty sure that's frosting's primary purpose). I suppose if you're a super-foodie you might think they are good because everyone says they are. We threw them both away.

Great donuts. Some of the best in the area. Maple Bacon is a must try.

Ordered a half dozen vegan donuts for Thanksgiving holiday. They are so good and we love that they always have vegan options.

Wow THESE DONUTS... Delicious!!! Had the Belgian Chocolate VEGAN donut it was amazing. Couldn't tell it was vegan at all. I must say I enjoyed it guilt free. I've read about this place before and for a first visit definitely worth it. Had a few other varieties and they are all really good. I appreciate quality and flavor these donuts are just that. Pumpkin Spice, Glazed, Cheescake filled, Crumbles... I don't remember all the names but it's well worth a try. Highly recommend! Thank me later.
