I went into the store and I asked the girl if there was cheese pizza and she said no and I asked her if they were making any and she said no. And I’m like that’s weird then she goes and ask the chef and he said 7 minutes. And 20 minutes later the pizza still isn’t out. And another customer comes in later and ask for cheese and she says 2 minutes. Like it’s ridiculous to waste someone’s time like that. My whole 30 minute break was just wasted.
Fresh ingredient pizza, good wings and drinks. I would've gave 5 stars but the men's bathroom clearly had blood splatter on wall and floor

Nice pizza and tasty. We bought the 18 inch state house pizza with all the meat and stuff in it. It was great with the thin crust. It costed close to 30 bucks but it was not filling. I always get the thick crust pizza but trying a thin crust pizza was great. Wish it had more cheese on it might try it again.

Waited 30+ minutes for an undercooked chicken sandwich and when I asked for a refund, the cashier had no idea what she was doing and printed a fake receipt with a new transaction. Money never went back on my card. So to sum it up: 30 minutes, raw chicken, $10. Nice work guys.
On a Monday evening in early December (no weather issues), I ordered by phone 2 pizzas for delivery. I finished the order and the credit card cleared at 6:55. They said 40 minutes to an hour. The pizzas arrived at 8:40, 1-3/4 hours later. They were of course dead cold. Also, I told them I wanted lots and lots of sausage topping on one of the pizzas and in order to get that, I was ordering that pizza with 3 toppings of sausage and that we would pay for three toppings, each of them sausage. What arrived was a pizza with just one topping of sausage (not very generous to begin with). We were literally cheated out of the price of 2 of the sausage toppings, but when it is delivery you can't send it back to the kitchen to fix it.
Was excited to show this place to my boyfriend, but had to wait 20+ minutes for our chicken sandwiches. After we asked about our order, one of the chefs said that they were out of chicken. I then asked for a refund, which took a good 10 minutes for the staff to figure out how to execute. Overall super disorganized and disappointing. Left hungry and frustrated.
The Upper Crust makes the best pizza in the area. Period. And don't give me that Frank Pepe's BS. They're good, Upper Crust is great!
