Been trying to order from this restaurant for about 2 weeks now, I call to ask a question about the takeout menu but never any answer? I would be driving in about 45 minutes from Dedham, I'm willing to make the drive but how does one place an order without knowing details about the menu? My question is, do any sides come with your CLASSICS menu section or is it just the Broiled Swordfish for example? I did notice the SIDES menu section, but I don't want to order extra sides if sides already come with my Broiled Swordfish order. Would be very helpful if the staff would give a little more detail in the TAKEOUT section of the website when ordering. Your menu looks very delicious and I'm eagerly looking forward to placing orders in the future.Thank you so much,Nicoletta
We ordered take out, I went and picked it up. Ordering process is fluent on their online ordering website. Picking up is also good because there is good amount of street parking nearby. In terms of food, it's good, but not what I expected in the price range. Maybe my expectations are too high. I feel it's a bit lack of flavor.Seafood are fresh. Noodles are cooked just right.
We first visited the location in North End but they were closed for renovation. Therefore, we came to this location. It was much easier to find parking around this area. The restaurant is very small, only has few tables. We had the black pasta aglio olio and fish n chips. The calamari black pasta is quite good. I had the best in Venice, Italy, and have been searching for a good one in the states but in vain. This one has the briny taste and pretty good.We were planning to come for second time before leaving Boston but unfortunately couldn't make it. We definitely will come again next time in Boston.
It is a small place that takes 5 tables at the most inside. There are only 3 people working there, the chef, the waiter and the dish cleaner. The restaurant is a family owned since 1973 where the chef is a part of the family, he cooks the food and serve it in the same pan that he cooks in. The food was amazing, perfect in everyway. The waiter was amazing, he greets u with a smile, recommend plates. Everything about this place was simply amazing.
Known for their signature black pasta and amazing seafood, Daily Catch is one of the best places to get Italian-inspired seafood dishes in Boston. We initially wanted to try their original location in North End, but they were temporarily closed for remodeling. We decided to do a takeout instead at this Brookline branch, and got the lobster fra diavolo for two, fried calamari, and the agile olio black pasta.Everything was surprisingly as good as the hype. Seasoning for the calamari was perfect, and their signature black pasta was amazing. Aglio olio came with a heavy garlic flavor, but the chewy texture of the black pasta definitely made it better. Lobster fra diavolo came in a huge aluminum plate with good amounts of seafood. The condensed seafood flavor was nicely integrated into the sauce and the pasta, and I liked how they cut the lobster shells for convenience.Would definitely come back to try more of their menu and get the black pasta with other sauces.
Food was freshly cooked and tasted great! Open viewing to the kitchen is pretty cool as you know your meal is cooked right before serving.
Delicious authentic Italian place with a very intimate setting! Absolutely recommend to everyone in the area!
Unbelievable! Open kitchen gourmet Italian/Fish dishes etc.Cooked and served in the pan. Great service and friendly Owners son. Went there for my son's Birthday Sincerely, Gary Luongo ?
Love their signature black pasta dish with briny, garlicky favors bath with flavorful olive oil. Dishes are served typically in pans.
Good black pasta! Didn't love the sword but the pasta is great!
