This is what they call their “cantina taco”, they always mess up most peoples orders!!!!! Always check your food before you leave.
I would suggest calling or let me rephrase, “Try” to call them ahead of time since apparently they decide to close the place randomly. I showed up at 10 PM to pick up an order. The door was locked. Employees were standing behind the counter talking to each other, laughing it up, having a grand time while completely aware of customers outside the locked door (they made eye contact and there were about 3 other customers at the door/window). Not a reliable branch/business.
I am constantly given meat from stuff on the vegetarian menu. Today I waited an hour for my order because they paused mobile orders and started making in house only. When I talked to the person they unpaused my order but I still had to wait 40 more minutes. They never answer the phone. And there is no way to refund your order.
Was missing around 4 items, it was also an hour late. Didn’t even get my drink even though it was written on the bag add “the drink”. Had to get a refund. Also no one answered the phone at the store
We ordered pickup through DoorDash. When we got to the store our order was not prepared - the staff hadn’t even seen it. They were all sitting in the back instead of preparing the 10 orders in line. We had to prove to them that we submitted an order. People who arrived after us got their orders before us. We waited 30 minutes at the store, after having waited 20 mins at home after ordering. Also none of the workers wear masks. Max of one person on the floor at a given time. Very disappointing.
This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. I have ordered a total of 4 or 5 times from here and every single time I order there are MULTIPLE items missing and the food i do get is made incorrectly. I have never been to a worse establishment than this one. Don’t order from here ever, they will always bring you the wrong food and it’ll be cold.
Here in this establishment you see the staff flirting and make games btw them and a team that does not serve customers. Despite having two stations to make the food. As can see in the pic the team is only "super" close, so ridiculos LOL. People wait almost 20/30min for a order.I feel pity for who pay the salary of these employees. Long wait and low quality
Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I've been here multiple times and have consistently waited almost an hour for food. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? If I wanted to wait this long for some food I'd go to a real restaurant.
Ordered thru the app and while the app said it was ready, upon arrival I had to wait nearly 30 more mins as my order hadn’t even been started yet. On top of the extra wait, I was also shorted an item. Food quality was mediocre even by Taco Bell standards, Quesadilla was cold and cheese wasn’t melted at all. All in all a pretty disappointing experience..if you’re craving Tbell look elsewhere. You’ll get an inexcusably bad version of what you expect, you won’t get what you ordered, and you’ll have to wait for it too.
Taco bell is king. Waited like 45 minutes on a game day to get food which honestly isn't bad timing considering how many idiots were ahead of me as well. There was some shmuck who double parked outside and was on the verge of tears because he didn't get his food on time, but he was fun to watch. The rocking back and forth. The piercing gaze. It's funny watching him locked onto the staff cause they have that big glass windowlol
