If you wanna get something to eat here this ain’t it. Past 3 times I’ve been in they were unable to make food for various reasons.

Dylan, Alex and Conner were so kind when I spilled THIRTY OUNCES of coffee everywhere. Alex made me another one and Dylan made me feel like less of a horrible person while he cleaned up the mess. All three gentlemen were super kind. It was my first time at this Starbucks but it won't be my last. Thanks again, guys. ?
I am not sure what's going on with this Starbucks; perhaps there is some sort of staffing issue? Today I went to order online but was told order ahead not available, but could order in person. I checked Google and it said this location was open. So I walked over which is a big deal for me because I HATE ordering in person. I arrived to a dark store with a sign on the door saying the store opened at 6am. It's currently 8am. This is not the first time I have been fooled by this store. They are constantly posting new schedules on the door and are not open when expected. ☹️
This place is great for someone who doesn’t want to actually get their food. I ordered on the app and at 8:30 AM they said they were closed. I saw my food in there and they wouldn’t give it to me. Is your dumb little rule more important than my day as a lawyer? What a dump.

Wonderful staff! They are consistently patient and compassionate to our more difficult neighbors in Brookline. Sometimes it is really amazing to see the baristas keep their composure against the angry people who come through! I value their team so much and am grateful for mobile orders to help the more agitated guests get in and out quickly without ruining the good feelings of this spot :)
