The staff are so friendly and so good at making drinks! (So much Better than other Starbucks...)

Never been to this location and I loooovvveeeee it. The setup is great, spacious and lively. It was an early morning and the staff was friendly and energetic. This was definitely an added boost to start my day. I noticed that they have an alphabet section on the counter to put orders and I thought that was a cool idea instead of having everybody orders just hanging around randomly which causes people to touch to see if they have the correct order.
Horrendous service. Made me wait 20 minutes on a drink because The barista kept Messing up peoples orders. Messed mine up to, I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Will never go back
Usually very busy. Pike coffee is super strong here.
I am very confused with this location and their hours. Third time this month I come in the afternoon and the store is closed. It’s 3:30 pm on a Monday! At least update the schedule somewhere so people don’t loose their time coming all the way here.
No surprise this Starbucks gets slammed with orders in the morning. If you've confirmed you placed your order at the right location, you should feel assured they will complete your order even if it won't be on time according to the app.Aside from non peak hours, these guys always get my order right.

This place gets tied up with people's orders and can't help whenever somebody wants help.
Staff was nice and clean. They were well stocked. No line amd 5 min wait for drinks. I would come here again
