Most inflexible menu and servers I have seen. The omelet I got had too much runny egg inside; I asked if they could cook it a bit more and was told that they don't take food back into the kitchen. Also, I tend to ask for iced coffee without ice, or hot coffee not too hot; never had a problem with this until I visited Pure Cold Press. No changes on their drinks, you get what they want. They don't ask about the size, they give you the large one by default, no questions asked. One of the worst restaurants I have visited.
The food is very good here, and very Fresh. The man behind the counter is the Rudest employee you will ever come across. He was Rude each time i was there, would recommend never walking in this place but rather do Ubereats or any kind of delivery. The rest of the staff are very nice. its jsut the man that does the cashier behind the counter.
Food is great! I’d give the food 4 or 5 stars. Guy who works there is unbelievably rude. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review until now. Seems like he has zero respect for customers unless you’re a regular. Otherwise he’ll pay little to no attention and just seems annoyed. I’ve had this experience every single time I’ve been here. Would at least recommend ordering for delivery so you don’t have to come into contact w this man.
The best cold pressed juice , sandwiches and soup! Totally vegetarian (except eggs).
Lox bagel and fries were good!

I'm a tourist, walking in , I'm a little older person and not so familiar to look up websites, and said that to the girl in the front, earlier.. asking the guy working there if this place is kosher.. the guy was so rude wouldn't want to answer, no one in the front was trying to help me since I don't read so well English, menus etc. I tried adding on another salad for the breakfast (for pay) they were just ignoring me etc. Maybe it's because I'm an outsider religious Jew ?, Who knows what's in their mind ? Maybe they don't know I'm coming to Boston a few times a year, but now they will know that I will never walking in to this place again !

Sometimes there are errors in my order but there is absolutely no better vegan spot in Brookline. Spreading solidarity with jewish businesses, especially in the vegan community. This is a 5-star takeout spot for our business meetings or for personal lunches
