The pizza was excellent, sorry the Gluten-free pizza that is . The meatballs(pause), salad and lemonade. The staff was friendly, no rushing, and extremely professional.Easy location, right off the Greenline and 66 Bus Route.Thank you, will come again ?
Pizza is outstanding. Salads are good, too.
So my husband decided we should try Otto pizza for takeout since we had never been. It was a disaster. The pizza wasn’t t ready, had to wait quite a bit. Got home, totally wrong order. They told me I could come back (huge inconvenience) I told them I wanted new pizza because it wasn’t going to be hot. I donated the wrong pizza to my local firehouse on the way to pick up my new ones, I saw the manager who was so disinterested. I told him it was not a good experience for my first time. He basically had no personality, did not seem to care about my inconvenience, did not even act friend,y, was very disinterested I felt. It is not a good way to do business. If he had at least seemed friendly and aware of my inconvenience I would have felt differently. Never going back.
Really delicious pizza. They have unique topping combinations and they're all good. They also sell by the slice, which makes it the perfect lunch to walk around Coolidge Corner with. This location is pretty busy but they are still pretty efficient under the circumstances.
Love the atmosphere of this place. I can only imagine the vibes at night. Clean establishment and the staff is friendly. Nice chill hangout spot. I'm not sure of other pizza places, but Otto's variety is mind blowing. Definitely have to try the pear pizza. You will not regret it!!! All the ingredients compliment each other. Trust, I was very skeptical about this combination as I am not a fan of pineapples on pizza. This right here, I do not mind at all. I also love love the mash potato, bacon, and scallion combo.
THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN! The first and last time I ate there was about six years ago, when I was visiting family in Brookline. Pizza to die for!
-----Nail in pizza, and maybe more-----We truly enjoyed the pizza we ordered until I bit onto something really hard. I took a closer look, and I realized a rusted nail sitting right under the pepperoni in my pizza. We immediately called the restaurant and got a refund, but still, almost eating a nail was not the most incredible experience I've ever had.The thing is that nails can be spotted with your eyes, but many other things cannot be. Who knows what else contaminates the pizza sold by this place. I would never buy food from this place unless they get to the bottom of it and fix whatever went wrong in the pizza-making process.
Vegetarian pizza choices are better than the meat options (we don't eat pork so I can't judge). Chicken is very low quality. We've had the chicken pizzas twice and they're just bad (red pepper flakes help you get past it). The mushroom pizzas are really good though
Otto just may be the sneakiest best pizza in Boston. No offense to the old school kings Regina's, Santarpios, Pepe's and The Pleasant but Otto just always satisfies with it's thin crust and assortment of interesting toppings. A must for pizza lovers of all ages. ?
Great pizza, interesting toppings
