I know J.P. Licks is pretty popular for their ice cream, but we honestly think it is just average and quite expensive for what you're getting.We were in need of a drink so stopped by to try their matcha latte. It was a disappointing experience as the matcha flavor was almost non-existent and the drink pretty much tasted like milk and not much else..Ice cream: 3.5/5Matcha latte: 2/5
Whoever made the Cookies and Cream flavour at JP Licks is a pure genius!! That flavour is one of the best ice cream flavors I've ever had. So creamy and delicious!
terrific icecream, rude cashier. Girl with the green hair was very impatient with me while I was unable to read the screen on July 10th at 10:45pm. I understand it’s a late shift but rude customer service is never appreciated. I suggest you have a conversation with her on how to treat a customer properly. I work in the service industry myself and I know how things can be, but I have trouble reading at times.
They are okay, the smoothies are good I just think they should be wearing gloves & that’s a health risk
Pretty good ice cream place, but what makes it especially stand out is that it's open until late at night.

Amazing! It sure brings back great memories of my favorite ice cream cone or hot fudge sundae treats which I continue to enjoy along w/ the music playing too (i.e. Backstreet Boys "I Want.. Way" from early Summer '99), respectively. Beth Budner, Auburndale!
Best coffee and best service … Even with a mascon I could tell she was smiling the whole time made me feel like I definitely want to go and get coffee there again
I love to meet my friends here in the evening to hang out. The sundaes are absolutely amazing and the variety of toppings to choose makes it so much fun. Also try the affogato! And since my sister and I both work overnight sjifts every now and then, we especially appreciate that this is one of the only places that still serves coffee late in the evening
