Terrible service. My order was not fulfilled, I called to explain and the gentleman hung up onme without escalating or correcting the issue. Very disappointing and thanks to Grub Hub for the great customer service.
Scratches the Chinese food craving itch perfectly.I have ordered delivery from here several times. They are very reasonably priced for the area and they catered to my request for extra spicy food.

Been taking-out from Hong Kong for many years and the food has also been excellent, including the pan fried Ravioli, beef and chicken dishes, and I love the spicy fish.

Seriously can't find any better Chinese food in the Boston area. ALWAYS fresh. Most of the negative reviews are from 3 to 7 years ago or are about Grubhub issues -- Give it a try because it has definitely improved!!! Thank you Hong Kong Cafe
Had take out tonight - ate the food within 25 minutes - it was very good! Exceeded our expectations based on some reviews. The woman who took our order was pleasant, food was prepared quickly and the price was very fair.We had wonton soup, boneless spare ribs, beef with peppers&onions and chicken lo mein "spicy". All dishes were very generous portion size, tasty and lean.We will definitely order again from here when in the area. We are a bit snobby about food and this was much better than we anticipated!
Ordered and was excited to try it. But as a first time customer my order never came. The restaurant never called, never showed, nothing was delivered and now they are closed. I called GrubHub and all they could do was issue a refund. Thanks a lot Hong Kong Cafe for such a great impression. Even if we are app customers it would be nice to care. I love to give rave reviews to businesses and it's a shame I have to say this sucks.
