went to there around 12:15, it was quite popular and a long line. Wait for few mins, then be able to order, be told need to wait for another 15 mins to sit in because I need to dine in. Around 12:40, get in and ordered Karai Shoyu. It is not as spicy as I expected, the soup is good with the ground beef. However, the porker chashu tastes too fat for me. If I go next time, I will try something without porker chashu. Also the water was served after I ate a little bit. So in general took one ? out.

Really amazing food! The downside really was that we were a big group and they seemed very adamant about kicking us out. For example, getting us the check before we were done eating (well before we asked for it), or continuously asking people who were eating if they were done. While it enabled them to maintain super fast service, they were kind of rude about it and it left a bit of a sour taste.

Best ramen in Boston!Super friendly staff. Because they are only focused on ramen, they do an amazing job with their flavors. A great variety of ramen choices. The SHIO is my favorite! It's like the most comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup that you'll ever have.Wait times are very accurate once you put your names in.Note: They do not have their own bathrooms in the restaurant. You need to borrow a key to use a bathroom two doors down. They recently opened a karaage chicken restaurant next door and you can order karaage while you are eating ramen!

One of the best ramen restaurants I have had in Boston. The other one is Santouka. I ordered Tori-shio ramen and kaetama (extra noodle), it was definitely the top-level taste. Strongly recommended to ramen lovers!

Some of the best ramen you'll find in the northeast. The broth is rich without being too heavy or oily and the thick wavy noodles go perfectly with the sesame and spicy miso soups. Add an extra egg for $1 to round out a perfect meal for under $20 per person.

Incredible ramens! Rich and perfectly balanced. The place quite small, so it gets busy easily, but everything is well organized, which reduces the waiting times.

The BEST ramen in Boston if you love Sapporo style ramens. Fat RICH satisfying broth with good portion of pork. The place is small and always full when I visited, expect 15-20min wait during peak hours.

I liked Ganko Ittetsu even before, but today I got Shoyu 1910 which made my day. Simple and clear good ol’ shoyu ramen….. This is what every ramen lover was waiting for. (If you are looking for more garlicky, punchy ramen, I recommend regular Ganko Shoyu,) I truly truly hope 1910 will become the regular menu instead of special?(Please!)And don’t forget to order karaage- crunchy and juicy and just divine. It really made me feel like I’m in Japan. Thank you for making my day!!!!!

Love their Ramens!! We were there late; otherwise, we would order fried chickens for sure. My friend told us their fried chicken is also very delicious. Definitely, we would visit again.

Really enjoyed the Gankara Miso ramen, there were a lot of delicious toppings. I didn't think it was spicy at all though. The gantetsu shoyu ramen's broth might have had some fish essence or something. I think the portion/bowl size might have decreased as compared to previous years.
