I’m in love with my coffee !! Everything was perfect and tasting very good! The service was perfect and everyone there has a great attitude! Great way to start off my morning in Brookline!! Truly recommend!
Jeff and company were great and understanding. I’ve had an extremely tough week and haven’t had coffee and really needed it today. My partner went in to make and retrieve our order, but he didn’t specify the more sugary flavors (swirls) as opposed to the shots, so my drink was bitter and not drinkable for me. I also like the hummus toast because it comes with roasted tomatoes. My partner didn’t specify us wanting the tomatoes on our hummus toast, which is the only reason I order it. I went back in to fix my order because this coffee was my choice of vice and the employees were so sweet and understanding & did me up right with my requests! :-) great staff - great service!
I was served today by Tisha who is really nice and so hardworking! Give her a raise! I’ll definitely come back for her service!

Just ordered sandwiches for a group of people and they are delicious. We are all famished after flying in internationally, and there are little options nearby at this time. I thought Dunkin was a gamble for breakfast, but we will definitely visit again during our stay. Great customer service from Jeff.
The folks here are kind and have always been nice to my young kids.I don't think you really shop from Dunkin' for a coffee or food experience -- but the coffee and food are fine to great. I miss the big and toasted. My arteries do not.
