My whole family and I (ages ranging from 7 to 76) all absolutely love this delicious, authentic cuisine! We got a few boxes of the classic pork and chive dumplings which we steered on the stove top and a few bottles of the spicy sweet soy sauce which is to die for. I highly recommend it, it blows away any dumplings I’ve ever tried from stores like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and even high-end Asian restaurants! You’re missing out if you don’t try these…
The first time I went here, they gave me the wrong person's order (I got a bag with $10 worth of stuff when I had ordered $20 worth of food). But, they easily refunded the order when I called them. I came here again to try what I wanted the first time: Coco's (scallion pancake with beef) rollup and the crab rangoons. The rollup was alright, but I have had better. The crab rangoons are pretty expensive for the amount but are made with real crab. Honestly, didn't love the texture of this rangoon filling and may prefer imitation crab...Check that your order is correct before you leave!!
The food is certainly adjusted for an American palate. I’m not entirely sure this place is Taiwanese. Very slow for an order of dumplings … at a …dumpling shop. You could have legit gone next door to trader joes and bought frozen dumplings, went home, cooked them, and it’s still faster than ordering here.It would have been about the same quality, maybe better :s pan fried is not crispy like at ALL
Food looks pretty, but is more accurately described as pretty flavorless. The spicy chili lo mein felt more like ramen drenched in chili oil. The crab rangoon was not worth the $9 price tag. The bubble tea, however, was delicious and the staff was very friendly! It’s encouragement enough to comeback and give the menu another chance.
I love dumpling daughter! After walking by this location a few times I am glad we finally tried it. They have a good selection of vegan options and the food is very tasty! The prices were good too! The only thing I didn't like was the buns, they were just a little too bready for my taste. I love that they add golden raisins to the fried rice.
Ordered online. Pork dumplings were good, but the bao buns lacked flavor. Brussel sprouts were a bit greasy for me.
This place is really good. The dumplings are a great size and seared nicely, I wish the dough was a bit thinner. The noodles are a great portion and seasoned/spiced well. The buns are full and soft. The scallion pancakes are good but super thin: good if you're into that. The spring rolls are flavored well and the insides are cut and cooked nicely but they are a bit too oily. The brussels are delightful. I look forward to going back.
We just ate here and the manager Coolidge Corner really knows how to make people feel welcomed! Her upbeat energy and eagerness to attend us was such a refreshing feeling to have. She waited us, gave us great suggestions, introduced us to their Spicy Sweet Soy sauce! My wife and children loved all the food she recommended so much they asked me to order to take some home to eat later! I can assure you we will be back! Amanda is her name and look for her and her staff! It’s great service for a fast beat place!
Very disappointing. Ordered online, and not dumplings. Maybe that was the mistake because everything was at best plain, when not just swamped in a rather cheap spicy sauce. The place seems popular, so I guess it was just bad luck, but it hurts a bit to order food and not be able to finish it because it's too bad...
Super easy, order-ahead takeout. The scallion noodles were brilliant!!!
