This was one of the highlights of our trip!We started our trip there and ended or trip there, and everything was perfect. The staff really made it memorable.I'm not a review writer, but these cats were awesome! Olivia, Matt, bartender, and owner were just the BEST.Very clean place, lots of tvs, great food. This will be our regular spot when we come for games :)
MY favorite bar in Brookline & Boston. The chillest bartenders & waitstaff. LOVE THEM.A lot of new fun drink options, as well as your good old standards.GOOD food. The truffle fries are amazing. And they cook the Broccoli really well.Has a warm/home-y feeling -- nostalgic and reminds you of the good ole days (Americana) & of your local neighborhood pub back home. The energy is always great! You even see families with their kids here too, on weekend days.Trivia on Tuesdays @ 9pm!Have brought 3 groups of friends here.
This used to be a great place and was one of my go to's for the better part of a decade, but its not worth stepping foot in anymore. We ordered two burgers and they were both half the size of the bun, charred to a crisp, and served in bowls. Real shame.
My friends and I went for trivia night and to get something to eat 04/12/22, our waitress Peyton H. bullied our table to no end. The manager did not care about our concerns regarding how she kept scolding us and stayed at our table for long periods of time to lecture us on how to be good customers, took our food away before we finished, gave us water that tasted like it had detergent in it, and did not seem to care in general about the table. When another one of my friends asked a second waitress for some help in getting the check as Peyton split the check as she saw fit without communicating with us, we were told it was a busy night and "what did we want, her to lick our a**holes." My friend started to cry and we paid the bill and immediately left, this place was really horrible for a table of quiet women just trying to play trivia we experienced a lot of trauma.
I don't normally leave reviews but my experience at this establishment was so abysmal that I felt it was necessary. The staff were extremely disrespectful without any provocation. Our table simply asked to split the check. Instead of just telling us "no, sorry, we can't do that," the language they chose to use was frankly disgusting and inappropriate. I will never return to this restaurant again. How can someone treat another human being that way? We are all just trying to get by. Revolting.
Really bad service. From the moment I sat down, the server Peyton was very rude and abrasive. Management asked us if we “wanted them to lick our a******s”I’ve never been disrespected like this in my life. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said this was normal. Not sure if this was because we were the only table with POC. Would not recommend.
Great TV entertainment (i.e. Celtics recent amazing winning streak) & wonderful food service there too (i.e. My Steak 'n cheese w/ sautéed vegetables & sweet potato fries w/ Honey Mustard Sauce last WED, 3/16/22, respectively). Yummy!Anyway, have a great rest of the day & keep up the great work!Beth Budner, Auburndale, MA!
Great atmosphere! Any sports you want and some fun music. The lobster cheese sandwich was on point. Would go again. (visiting from NYC)
Came for a pats game, bartender was cool af. Had the tacos... I'm not sure who they had in the kitchen, but they understood the assignment. The tacos are worth coming back again for. Definitely worth checking out.
Charged $16 for a soggy sandwich that looked like it was thrown together. Not good.
