This Chipotle consistently gives smaller portions than nearby Chipotles, closes over half an hour before their posted closing time and takes excessive time to fill orders. The manager is also consistently rude. I would suggest eating at another Chipotle or any of the many Mexican restaurants on the same street.
The sign outside says "Open until 10pm Daily," Google says it's open until 8pm, but when I came in to get a burrito at 7:35pm, I was told "We're closed!" by a manager who didn't break eye contact with his phone. There's a couple other places nearby you can get a burrito at, so just go to those instead.
I love chipotle, but this place stinks. Every bowl the employees act like the meat they scoop comes out of their paycheck. They'll hardly give you any.
There's always to much rice or to much of one thing. Try to make a burrito with equal portions then when u roll it it won't look like a football.
This is the second time this week a Chipotle in the Boston area has given me NOTHING. Went to this one in Brookline, picked up my mobile order and this is what I got. Half the bowl is empty, so disappointing.
Horrible customers! They didn’t Hebe anything restock and when I asked them they told me they ran out of corn , lettuce , guac , and cheese . Once I got rang up an employee started bring stuff from the back I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was
Surprisingly is my first time trying Chipotle’s and I must say I was surprised how good the food tasted. Despite having a lot of American influence on it (preservatives) the taste of the dishes still feel fresh. I had the bowl and I suggest you to only get one protein. Otherwise they will charge you double. I had to pay $19 because I wanted to try the new veggie chorizo in the menu(it’s fantastic, but it doesn’t tasty like chorizo but have the texture similar to it) and also I had the chicken in the bowl. I’d definitely would like to try other things in the place.
Chipotle is a great solution for a bit healthier fast food that is taste and a bit spicy. I like this concept of bowls and burritos. It is close to aganis arena and some Boston University facilities. I would also like to recommend their efficiency in serving and the ice cold lemonade.
It’s hard for a chipotle to be bad. This one find a way to do it perfectly time and time again. You don’t know what you’ll get out of your pickup order. Either the portions are terrible, food is cold, ingredients I’m allergic to are found in my food I did not ask for, or they flat out leave something out of the order. Most recently, when ordering a large group order, over $30 worth of items were missing. (I should have opened the box to check before leaving, something I could have caught). This isn’t the first time this has happened.I speak for many of my peers when I say that their hours are never consistent. The ones posted online and the ones posted on their front door are never accurate. They close for hours in the middle of the day as if most of BU doesn’t want chipotle for lunch.Their employees work hard, some of them students, and I understand that it can be very difficult to deal with some of the BU community (shoutout to you guys), but it’s time to be better.I’m not exactly a burrito connoisseur but when one works at chipotle, I’d think they’d at least know how to roll a burrito into…. a burrito.I am usually not one to write a review, let alone for chipotle, but something has to be said: this chipotle sucks.
Customer service is very rude. It takes longer to pre order on the app than to order in person. I’ve had run ins when they close early without notice. Doesn’t make sense to me why a restaurant would close early. There was no snow storm or any reason I could tell to close early.
