Ordered Tamales through Uber Eats, but received tacos instead. Called back to discover that they have been out of tamales for a month. Received no physical receipt and was charged the tamale price through Uber Eats. Tacos were mediocre
Went here because I vowed never to return to Anna's due to their inconsistency, chronic unchanging (adding things I don't order on to receipt causing me to overpay almost every time & not trying to give me the difference back) & terrible attitude from seemingly disgruntled employees. My daughter only likes pinto beans & some local places don't offer them. We tried Boca Grande tonight & I was a little apprehensive because it was 5pm & there wasn't a soul in the store aside from the 2 employees. No one even came in the 7 minutes we were in there. Prices are a little bit lower than Anna's but burritos are small, skimp & taste was just not authentic. My daughter enjoyed hers the most but we all agreed to try other places & we won't be rushing back here.
Fillings are good but served like a 6th grade taco party. Single(!?) soft corn tortilla under a slop mess.
I was there today, I was devastated when I realized that my tortilla was moldy?! So be ware of your next bite!!!
The staff was extremely rude to me when I tried to clarify an order mixup. It was so hurtful that I will never return and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Utterly disrespectful service.

I ordered a chicken grande burrito and I was very happy with my choice. The ingredients are high quality with great serving sizes. Thanks to the fantastic staff for a great experience.
