Honestly one if the worst customer service experiences I have had in fast food. After placing my order I had to wait 30+ mins for my food whist being the only physical customer in the establishment. I understand Door Dash and other delivery/to go orders need to be fulfilled but that is no excuse to letting someone wait that long. For you to then make orders to just place on a rack.
Steph is the best manager I've seen for wingstop. He was polite, courteous, and had his staff under control. Promote that man.
Wrong order was delivered by Ubereats, after being ordered online from Wing Stop site. No way to contact delivery service, but I talked to manager at Wing Stop. I was assured that my payment would be refunded and they would take it up with Ubereats. So I reordered my food again, different delivery service, though. My original payment has still not been refunded 3 weeks later. Wing Stop almost never answers their phone, so very difficult to deal with.
The girl at the front was super bubbly and greeted us with such enthusiasm...she made our day! Great job WingStop! Great customer service.
I love this place and all it has to offer, it’s wings are spectacular and i enjoy the sauce they provide, the chicken is fully cooked and the place is spotless
The only reason we continue to order is because we like the food for takeout food. I have had more times my order was sent incorrect than correct. I’ll buy an extra side of wings, doesn’t come, pay for extra fries, don’t come, order 3 flavors, only get 2. On two other occasions, I’ve had an issue and called and they promised a refund for the item I didn’t receive and both times I never received the refund. We’ve picked up orders and missed sides, sauces, etc. We also ordered online, which dispatched through DoorDash, and the dasher calls and says they gave it to someone else and there’s nothing he can do, so we get no food. They offer no solution and tell me to call when a manager is in. I’ll definitely ONLY order directly through DD in the future so that if there’s an issue, they can issue my refund directly.

Nice clean small restaurant located in a small plaza.food was ok order ahead or online.too save time.they were showing sports when I stopped by.not long wait but they get busy so order ahead.this stop get busy & they are a very small kitchen & being on the edge of town near other towns does not help.please fix this wingstop it's not fair to your employees getting swamped & no room or staff to move the product.
