This is not the best Wendy's check to make sure your order is complete and correct.
Having grown up near this place I've had my variety of experiences but tonight is simply just the straw that broke the camel's back. It's is a little sad because it's not fair I didn't write a 5 star for all the years of fast food and quick friendly service, and that it may take a bad review and a hope and a prayer that things turn around, for them to. But for years now ( atleast 5) drive thru at night is ridiculous!. I just waited in line for 35 minutes to get 2 small vanilla frostys and they had no vanilla..neither does 106.. I was there last night and waited 15 min and their was only 1 car Infront of me ( they were making him wait ). So I order 2 small Chocolate frostys. No small either . So I order 2 medium.. but as I'm sitting in line for few minutes to get to the window I just ask the obvious. What does that even mean you don't have small? No small cups. So without trying to sound sarcastic I asked if I could just get "smalls" in " medium " cups. She did it and she wasn't rude.. per day.. but body language and no " your welcome" or anything when I thanked her 3 times for the silly inconvenience. But, I wasn't buying two flavors bigger than I wanted spending more than I wanted to not get what I even wanted, and taking 35 min to do.Silly.Firstt world. First world problems...
Today I went to this store to eat inside and the door was closed. It’s currently 6 pm and I wanted to go eat with my daughter and both of the doors closed. I’d like to know what is the reason .
Friendly employees, food tasted great and they were wicked quick with a long lunch line.
Always quick in and out. And the staff is friendly and keeps the place clean.
Burnt cold fries, husband chicken nuggets cold and my junior burger disgusting. Saw over 100 potatoes wrapped in foil many of the touching the ground, praying they were not cooked. the staff didn't care ?
Took one bite and tested like a soggy chicken sandwich line been sitting in water I swear I threw it away after a bite stay was nice in drive thru but hell no to the no no no
I was delivering an order from door dash. I was waiting half an hour in the drive thru, then when I got to the order speaker, they could not even understand who the order was for. Then when they figured out that there was an order, they told me to drive to the second window ( there was a bit more of a wait...) then told me they were out of 4 of the order items. (They should have told me before at the speaker) then gave me 1 out of 5 order items. They should have rejected the order when they realized they were out of stock. I then had to contact the customer, and the order company, which canceled the order and lost an hours pay and my diesel for the trip. This was very unprofessional of the Wendys and very inconvenient for me and the customer. Two thumbs down for this location.
Great customer service , super fast and fresh. Highly recommend going to this Wendy’s over the one on Oak street.
It says that they close at 2:00 a.m. it's 1:20 am and they're already closed so clearly they don't follow their own policy of operation hours.
