Probably the best meal I've ever had at any Texas Roadhouse in america. Definitely the best in the bay state. We had a great server. I live nowhere near Brockton but i frequently travel there for shopping and dining. The value for your money and the customer service is not ever forgotten. We'll be back again soon.
Went here because I received a Veteran's Day voucher during the pandemic. As it is a chain I wasn't expecting all that much but I have to say I was impressed with everything. Our server was fantastic. She was busy and it took her a minute to get to us but we had grabbed drinks at the bar and we were talking and did not notice nor care. She still comped our appetizer. Food was great and very tasty and everything was exactly as we ordered. Manager came over to see how it was and we said it was fantastic. Very busy on a Friday night but you wouldn't even know with the solid service and the time food took to get to the table. Impressive.I would definitely recommend this place. Exactly the food you think it is, prepared well in a great atmosphere.

Was very good, there was a little while wait, but I am fine with that. Server was extremely nice, and very apologetic about the wait. Would definitely come again.(I took the bite of the samwhitch)
I brought my daughter's to Texas Roadhouse last night for our first time and we were highly impressed. It was so busy and we still were able to get seated fairly quick. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming even tho it was busy. Our waitress Marie was the absolute hands down best waitress I've ever had! And the manager (I'm sorry I completely forget her name) was the awesome! They were both so welcoming and helpful! I feel as though they both went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and were happy with our food choices - and let me tell you- the bbq pulled pork was out of this world! I don't even know if the restaurant staff will see this but thank you! You made our girls dinner date one to remember. We will definitely be going back! If you haven't tried this restaurant, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
My wife and I love Texas Roadhouse.However this experience today was unnerving. First, it was our wedding anniversary. And Second, as we get home and I start unloading the containers from my bag I find A chewed rib in the bottom of my bag.The manager I spoke with tried to assure me that none of the kitchen or takeout staff had ordered ribs that day. She tried to play the "oh, it must have fallen out of my one of my containers."The simple fact is, the barbecue sauce from that rib Was all over the Bag and my containers were sitting directly on top of the rib itself. It didn't fall out of a container and completely covered itself on it's own. Also, let me add that our meals were completely intact and our containers were sealed. Worst experience I have had at Texas Roadhouse EVER.It seems like they are on a downslide lately.SO SAD. We love Texas Roadhouse, BUT We now will NOT eat there again. I am afraid of who's leftovers I will find next.
Went to the brockton location after not having been for some time. The prices were good, the food was great, very clean, the workers -from the ladies at the front to the manager who stopped by our table to check on our meal -was very friendly. Our waitress Kerry was wonderful. Will be coming back very soon. Thank you, I had a great lunch with the family for my birthday.
We ordered food to go. I ordered a house salad with the filet of steak and ranch but got lettuce tomato and blue cheese crumbles and Italian dressing, I cannot have blue cheese and I asked the girl 3 times if it's going to be a house salad and she said yes. Just terrible And my husband ordered a Pittsburgh medium steak with light seasoning and got a steak that was rare and no seasoning, never eat there again . They should talk to the girl who took my order, very disappointing
