Took a while to get my order but the food was good. The staff seemed to be having fun with each other which is great, but then customer service was very sullen. It'd be nice to see the same laughter towards customers
Tha Brockton Taco Bell on Belmont st across from Brockton high Scool they have the slowest service i went in on 7/9/22 and waited a half hour for 2 ? and I was in the restaurant waiting that is absolutely unacceptable and I have my recipe to prove it just hope manger or the Owner will do something about it !!!!!!
Not that great service. Food is alright.Forgot to provide me sauce packets on mobile order.One time added beef in vegan selected option. Threw it away. Its okay to make mistake, not again and again.
Food never right, employee's always rude and disrespectful, walked in and didn't get served till another customer walked in hate to say it but every store I walked into in this state has met me with either racism or disappointment something needs to be done about it asap
I was in the drive thru line for an hour only to find out from a random customer leaving that it's inside pickup only. After seeing numerous people walking in and out, I decided to go inside. People at the counter, people gathered around a table inside. I make my order on their kiosk when I hear someone behind the counter telling me I can't use it because they're closed, at 2:30 when their sign says they close at 3, with customers inside and in the drive through. Idk maybe a sign here or there saying that it's pickup only, so people aren't wasting an hour of their time sitting in a drive through line or that they're closed would probably go a long way. Judging by other reviews, it looks like they would've butchered my ordered anyway, so maybe it's for the best that it took less time to go to the Weymouth McDonald's than it did to go through the Taco Bell line to leave empty handed.
This tacobell dont mess up orders to often but they do take for ever on orders after 9pm idk why and there placement and how they run can be questionable but if you're going there strictly for the food definitely one of the better ones out of all the other branches
Stopped in for a quick snack of tacos. Quick service even though there was a line. Did the drive through.
by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. terrible service no matter what time you go.
Been sitting in the drive through lane for 24 minutes after I out in my order. Cannot get out of line nothing. Stupid Brockton high school students got out and then they just disregard paying attention to the drive-through. Don’t come to this drive-through Monday through Friday from 1 to 3:30 in the afternoon because you never know when they’re gonna let the students out of school.
Best place in Massachusetts to eat chicken quessadilla.That food will bring u joy and lots of satisfaction
