This Starbucks has been my best !! I go almost everyday sometimes more than one day . There is one young lady works there , she remembers my name , greeting me with my name everytime ! She makes my day smiling and happy when she’s there . Wonderful customer service ! Thank you ❤️?
They were horrible, the service was horrible and they were not nice. They had no frappe, like what? The place looked dirty and they got my drink wrong multiple times. They were slacking and had no clue on what to do. It would be nice if they could step it up.
It pains me to write this review, because this is one of my favorite Starbucks by my home. I came through the drive-thru early last week and was extremely disappointed by the service I received, by the store manager none the less. I came in with my normal order, brown sugar iced shaken espresso. I received my order and thanked the worker at the window and drove off. After tasting my drink, I realized it wasn’t made right and went inside to just have it remade. I walked in and was greeted by Emily. I explained the situation and she rebutdtaled with “well I didn’t make it” then proceeded to roll her eyes. I was flabbergasted. She then walked the drink over to the bar and asked another one of her employees to remake it. To the nice little gentlemen with the curly hair and glasses who remade my drink, it was delicious the second time around. At no time was I rude or did I raise my voice when asking to my have drink remade. I get people have bad days, and maybe this was one of hers. Emily was extremely rude and I will not be visiting this location again, sadly because I don’t want to deal with her childish attitude. I will go travel down to Pearl Street and try White’s Bakery and Cafe from now on.
The wait time through drive through was awful. It's a great Starbucks, but I advise ordering ahead.
They make nice. They make new decorations. Looking nice more space for everybody. Nice & clean. They have drive-thru also. Must be visit.......
Utterly incompetent drive thru. I spent roughly 30 minutes in line this morning. I figured it was mainly the fault of customers with large complex orders, but it turns out that wasn't the problem. When I finally made it to the window, they gave me my coffee and said my breakfast sandwich would be right out. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes, watching two employees on the other side of the window talking and laughing the entire time not doing anything, with a massive line of cars behind me. After 5 minutes I just left, completely unacceptable service I'll never visit this location again.
Who ever made this order knew what they were doing 10/10 thank you?
Friendly service, but the the drink I got tasted like water down.
Pulled up, there was a couple inches of snow on the ground, granted, and waited 25 minutes just for no one to be there. No notice, no signs, no nothing, just utter pain and disappointment. Nothing can revive that hope that once lived within me thanks to Starbucks. I loathe this location with every fiber of my being.
Always a long line, never a mistake. If you have time, it's worth it for good coffee
