I don’t understand their schedule at all. The website says they are open, you get there they are working inside but closed. You can order only through drive thru.People are nice, and when it’s open I enjoy being in there. I just expect they could be a little bit more specific with timing and opening hours.
The last three times I've been here it's either been closed in the late morning or they had run out of the ingredients to make the drink I'd ordered. Not sure what's going on with this location. There always seems to be an issue.
This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. The line is always like a 30 minute wait, which is fine most Starbucks you have to wait. However when you order they do the opposite. Run by a bunch of ghetto scallywags who don’t care about customer service. Only reason why I gave to 2 stars was because the sandwich was good. Not coming to this one anymore. If I want my order messed up 100% of the time I would just go to Dunkin Donuts. And pay half the price and wait less time. Do better
I’m so confused why a barista just accepted a large black trash bag through the drive thru window??? That is so unsanitary and gross. And then received a bag of what looks like coffee grounds??? This is so unprofessional and honestly gross.
Horrible !!! Everyday the door is locked and only drive thru is open. They turn the phones off so you can’t get through to them. Some people walk from their hotels so this is most definitely an inconvenience. There is no mobile ordering. This is ridiculous and the worst Starbucks I’ve been too and I’m from down South. I do not recommend cause who does that?
The workers are incredibly nice. But, this has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced.
Frappuccino and refresher were horrible. Frappuccino too watery and refresher was bland
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru just to get to window and they didn’t know I had second drink I ordered. They need more staff or better management. Will never go back to this location.
Tried to get a drink at 6:40pm and showed up to a store with staff members getting in their cars and lights completely off. Store was closed well before closing time, which the page says is 7pm. Extremely disappointing.
Been in the drive thru for the last 20 minutes …. Still 4 cars ahead of me. Why don’t I get out and go inside you think? Well- the line inside is just as bad .
