This popeyes likes to give ppl rotten food. I had a chicken sandwich from there and both the bun and chicken were moldy. Extremely disgusting
I have been fortunate that whenever I go here there is no more than one person in front of me and I am in and out of there within at least 5 minutes.
Need to make eating area cleanliness checks.The soda machine wasn't working but icemaker was fully operational. Soda machine trough wasn't draining. Fortunately the quality of the meal saved the rating from a total fail.
A star because Popeye's food is good. But the manager in the Westgate Mall has been rude and inconsiderate on more than one occasion and not just to me. (For example: The manager argued with employees for minutes while customers waited in line to order) - to the point where I chose to report to corporate.This particular site will not get my service any longer.
I placed a mobile order for mild tenders, mild chicken and a chicken sandwich. I drive all the way there wait in line just to be told they don’t have anything I ordered. Let me repeat. They didn’t have regular tenders, regular chicken or chicken sandwich. Why are you open!?!? Then they don’t know how to cancel order or refund my rewards points used!! I keep telling myself I won’t go back here after each time I go there is always another issue and at least thirty minute wait but I go back and keep getting myself disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back after this time…
Yesterday, I decided to stop by Popeyesat the Brockton Mall to purchase real quick their cajan dirty rice but there was a long lineas I stood in that long line I noticed there were no ceiling fans and didn't feel any cool air because it was extremely, hot in there with only one Cashier ringing up your order and filling it she was extremely, nice but it was even hotter where she was so, it would be great if Popeyes had cooler air to prevent anyone, from passing out due to no cooling system ...
The Mac and cheese is outstanding. Finally tried that sandwich. Nothing special. Definitely nothing to get stabbed for.???anyway great food but not healthy this is like a treat. Sorry but chick fillet can't touch Popeyes.
I’m giving this one star but it doesn’t even deserve that. We waited in line for 20 minutes to have our order taken and there was only 2 people ahead of us. We ended up leaving. There was only one cashier and one cook. The manager was there, she walked out looked at the crowd and walked right back into her office not even bothering to ask her associate if she needed help. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very poor management we ended leaving and not even ordering our food.
Places the best love Popeyes Chicken love the crunchy next to it on the chicken strips they're always so sweet and always on that game fast in and out so if you're in the mood for some good fried chicken then hit them up for sure
Who ever was arguing with a customer saying you can’t give the drinks you paid for away to someone else should be spoken to, besides they wouldn’t say who the manger is when asked!! Thursday 1:44pm line out the door and you want to yell at customers asking who they are!
