I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru where I told them the response I got was “inside”. I repeated it was just a mobile order picked up. “Inside”. I then asked are you telling me I have to come inside to pick up?!? “Inside”. Ok now I’m aggravated but fine. I go inside multiple people waiting frustrated aggravated so I wait and tell them mobile AGAIN which I placed over thirty mins prior and they start to make it now. Ok fine. No mild breast or wings. Ok fine. I’m frustrated just give me whatever. I then had to wait what seemed like another thirty mins for a small fry. Ok fine. I get home open it up. The spicy chicken I got instead of mild was burnt and tasted like old burnt chicken grease which made me instantly nauseous. Then my 14 tenders was more like 7 depending on what you call a tender and what you call crust. The food was just as bad as the service. And my kids couldn’t eat any of the food because the mild tasted spicy. I’m officially done with Popeyes I can’t remember a time the food or the service was good.

Your better off going to the one at the westgate mall, I deliver food and pickup at this location at least once a week, everytime I enter the employees look and act like they hate their job and customers, the place is filthy, they argue with the drive thru window with customers loud enough for you to hear it at the counter inside, and almost always can never fill an order that involves shrimp. This location is being run all wrong from the inventory to the customer service.

We pulled up at the drive thru tonight around 8:45p after being told at Subway on Center St at 8:33pm that they were closed (they are open until 9, or at least that's what the sign says) while the girl made herself a sub so we decided to go to Popeyes for your famous Crispy Classic Chicken Sandwich and a 3pc meal and the young girl at the drive thru taking our order was so polite and gave us GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She completely turned our aggravation and annoyance into greatfullness and appreciative. Next time we will coming to you first!!

Came for dinner around 7:30 or so and it was an absolute disaster. Started ordering and first off the lady had an attitude, everything we ordered was basically out and then the lady was screaming at the other employees in the background. We couldn’t even order our food because she kept screaming in the middle of us trying to order. Would not come back here or recommend it.

This Eastside location is under new ownership and you can tell. It is absolutely disgusting inside. The service is below even brockton standards. They were out of 7 regular menu items; tenders, spicy, mac just to name a few. What was available looked as if had been sitting for hours. Best not to order from here. Make your way to the westside to enjoy your meal

Customer service is horrible they never have anything on the menu cars constantly pulling out of line. The short curly hair girl is god awful rude, she gets mad and won’t answer the com anymore if you can’t understand her because she can’t speak English she just about threw my drink at me because she got it wrong and she’s not the only one. Literally change the whole staff and this place will be doing well Everyone in Brockton complains about this place just read the rest of the reviews.

This Popeyes is terrible. The staff is rude and the location never has spicy tenders. They are always out. I can go plenty of places for regular chicken. I'm done with this place!

Food was pretty good but it got delayed by over half an hour and when it finally did come out they forgot both of my sides as well as my drink. Ordered delivery so couldn't even do anything about it.

This location sucks bigtime. There are never enough people working there and I honestly feel bad for the employees. They're constantly overrun and you end up waiting a long time to get the wrong food because they're out of what you wanted - either because of inventory issues or they're just so overwhelmed that they don't have the time to cook up new food in between orders or something. Either way, steer clear if you just want to pick up some food without dealing with a headache.

They should have zero stars as an option. Employee at the window is RUDE. My order came to $4.27, so I gave her 5 $1's. She provided my change of 29 cents. When I asked her about the change, her reply was "that's all I have for change." My reply was "that's not acceptable." "Well then, do you have 27 cents?" "I looked and told her that all she had rlto do was ask". I. The meantime, she is talking to someone else in another language about the situation. Completely rude and inappropriate. Only a couple of cents, but not the point. Is she doing this when she runs out of 1's or 5's.Lastly, my sandwich was cold.No receipt so I could go onto their website to let the HQ know about this terrible experience. Buyer beware!
