So it was my boyfriend (Paul) and I's (Dawn) first time here. The food is delicious. I got a meatball&cheese calzone with marinara sauce on the side. He got chicken&steak tip pasta dinner with cheese on top. Comes with a side salad&garlic bread. Amazingly satisfying. We will definitely be coming back. Everyone there was so pleasant&nice! Thank you so much! We don't have pictures of our food, because we ate it all. But we described what we both had.
Much like other people the woman answering the phone was rude doesn't k ow her area and hung up on me twice. I am a truck driver from Maryland and my truck couldn't fit on their lot so I drove there and blocked people in because this woman said "don't ever call here again" look at all these complaints about the woman. If she is a regular employee she needs to go other wise people will see how she is on the phone and bye bye business. This is the lowest scored place in the area. 60% of the reviews are from the customer courtesy of the lady. On top og that still had to pay full price for that.
BY ALL MEANS, do your best to avoid coming here, they will overcharge you and they do not sanitize, clean, or wash their hands before touching foods. I've been observing them for a while now and been watching how they move and I could never eat from this place again. Not only that, but they called the police just cause I asked for a refund on the difference of what they overcharged me with! They try to get away with so much just cause their a family owned business! I highly DON'T recommend this place at all !!!! You're better off eating from a toilet.
Terrible customer service..little lady who answered the phone messed up my order..taking multiple calls at once and tell me next time be clear on what I want, but wait..she charged me correctly though..hmm....how about next time I won't order from here..avon house of pizza is better anyway!
I have been ordering food from here for 3 years. Always on time, food is always hot. Today I decided to do a online rather then calling like I usually do. Food was late but no biggie, food got here was COLD! I never call and complain but today I did. I called and the usual rude and ignorant lady answered rather than the sweet guy that answers. I kindly explained I was missing sauce, bacon that's an extra charge was not on the pizza, and my sub was cold!! And the aps were cold. She said oh you did a online order you need to call.so if I called my food would be HOT?!?!? She also tried to justify why the food was cold, That I lived to far away I live 12mins away!!! I asked to speak to the gentleman that works there she kept talking over me and said to call the slice app and get a credit for bacon and the blue cheeese.so pretty sure my food sat at the restaurant if it didnt why was my food cold and my steak and cheese sub SOGGY! Very disappointed loyal customer and poor customer service.
They always have great food, especially the calzone and fries. Known the guys who work here for years now and they've always been great to me.
Order a pizza without bacon and sent a whole pizza with bacon on it. No customer service at all not even apologetic. Will not spend another dime in this place.

I think they changed owners. food was not good and there prices jump up significant$27 dollars for 2 chicken finger plates delivered with only 5 tenders in both orders they just loss a customer of over 15. KYears
