Great fresh seafood and the owner was very personable!
My first time here I thought I found a gem because the food was awesome. The second time coming not so great I ordered a platter with haddock and sea scallops my scallops were not cleaned meaning the muscle was not removed yuck and today I decided to come just because I'm in town and I was going to give it another try so I ordered the Cape cod platter what you get two choices of whatever so I ordered haddock and whole clams so she charges me up and I'm like it's supposed to be $19.99 of course tax you know but she's like $23 and some change.. which then got my mind going.. I'm like wait a minute are you really upcharging me four dollars for tax that's ridiculous.. so I go up and I asked her and I'm like yeah what's the up charge for she's like oh it says it right here is $2 extra for clam with the belly.. mind you it's in tiny writing on the board under the whole clam in a green writing which is just not legible.. and then there's a sign that says $300 (not 3.00) and under that tiny print says whole clam then she tells me to take it up with the owner Richard so and so like.. yeah girl they just won't be getting my money again but they're getting this review-NOT COOL

I'm disgusted and will be returning tomorrow for full refund. I ordered a fried lobster plate they over cooked it and no batter on it either and it was cold I got about 15 fries cols and cold onion rings no drawn butter with my meal. I only received the extra butter I asked for..... 5 /12/22.... Update spoke with the owner told him about my order and he handled everything excellent.... So if you have any questions or problems.just ask for the owner. Very nice gentleman. Thank you...
We had a really odd experience with them earlier this week. It wasn't great. I messaged the owner and right away he apologized profusely and made sure we came in for dinner on him. It was absolutely delicious. Would Def recommend.
Lobster roll was delicious. Love the atmosphere. Looking forward to try more items on the menu.
My family and I tried this place for the first time. As soon as we arrived we entered the first door where we were met with the Strongest scent of Fish. We went in and seated. The food was ok, but when you order Jumbo/large shrimp in your meal and they come out on your dish as small butterflies shrimp " there's a problem". Our Scallops we're cut in two pieces and some remained whole. After calculating the scallops we only had five scallops total on top of a Bed of FF's. When we left and got into our car, Our clothes reeked of fish scent. We all were disappointed so we decided to stick to where we usually go. It's a drive but I guarantee you would love it. If anyone is interested where let me know and I'll tell you. Never have I come out of a restaurant smelling like I have been there Cooking fish all day.
I heard the food was good so I tried to order ahead… Poor Customer Service? Lost my $100 order right over the phone…. Was more like a fight than welcoming. Thought I was talking to a bill collector. Manager was condescending and worse. So sad.
Came in from out of town just for the day and chose McM's for lunch. This was not a mistake. Lobster is pricey (which was expected) but fresh and delicious. Lobster pie was new for me but I loved every bite!Staff was very courteous and helpful. We are outside on a chilly afternoon after shopping. I'm sure we will be back the next time we are in town!
1st time visiting here. The help was very friendly. Was quick .got the fish and chips basket was good.
