Bathrooms always filthy. Sandwiches sloppily made. They tend to ignore walkins in favor of drive thru. Always order fries with no salt if you want hot fried and then add you own salt.
Recommendation- if you need a fast order do not order at the counter. You need to use the drive thru. It's faster.

when someone specifically asks for something to be made fresh it is generally for a reason. I ordered a 20 piece nugget made to order. I found it odd that it was already ready when I got to the Window as I usually have to wait. the ticket on the box eve stated make to order. when I opened them they were NOT fresh. they were lukewarm and kind of hard. very disappointed. I gave them to the dog as I do NOT like the taste of them after they are more than like 5 minutes old, they get a weird after taste. I always order a 20 piece as I know that's what they come in so none get wasted by ordering them fresh. it's rude, disrespectful and lazy to ignore the customer request and serve old food regardless of What was asked for. I had already pulled onto the road and couldn't go back so these nuggets that cost me $9 ended up going in the garbage. :( this is NOT ok

The drive thru sucks. The Service is terrible and they somehow ran out of Chicken Nuggets. This McDonald's is terrible
They do not do soda water at this location. Good service though.
Its hard to screw up McDonalds. But this store does. Long drive thru line after waiting 3 hours with my kids to get covid tested. The kids were hungry so we went through the drive thru. Repeated our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Waited in line again to have them fix the order and when I got to the window the woman rolled her eyes and walked away as soon as I told her the order was wrong and what was missing. She came back and pretty much tossed it at me and had this disgusted look on her face. I get that it's busy and places are short staffed but I was pleasant and she was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you've got no other options nearby.
The worst service ever. They will have 2 cars in the drive through and still tell you to pull up to the waiting parking spots to wait for your food only to get your order missing food. I've come here twice never again
I mean it's a McDonald's...home of never get a hot fry ...busy place..and you still can't get Hot Fries!! Over fast food places...the only one worth it is Wendy's and Chic Fil a....Popeyes.
