Ordered from here last night on Uber Eats. This store gave the driver someone else's order and then the driver handed that to me. I didn't even realize it wasn't my order until I got upstairs. Uber tells me they won't refund me for getting someone else's order and that I'm to complain to this McDonalds to get the refund. After complaining about this, I'm told by McDonalds to contact Uber Eats or Doordash to resolve my issue when I told them Uber said to talk to them. Just stay away from ordering online with this store, specially after 5-6pm.
This McDonald's service has fallen harshly. Parking customers for two breakfast burritos when there was no line. The burrito are premade in the morning and microwave to order. This location also has a habit of parking the entire drive thru for small orders when not necessary. Slow service & horrible customer service. Parking cars to clear orders only make the store numbers look good but lacking in efficiency and etiquette makes you lose customers.
Today June 18 I went and very bad attention I only went for a happy meal and it took 30 minutes there were more cars in line that's why I couldn't leave and the workers walked around the place so calm and people got desperate
Medium fries ? cost so much now days. To expensive to eat out now it looks like.
This is one of the worst McDonalds to order from. Poor customer service and always mess the order up. I feel bad because I know it's not the poor kids who are working here but poor management and poor training. Not fair to the kids working there or the customers. Do something. Train the kids well and staff well so they are not overwhelmed....
There just some thing about Mac Donald these days with there service of the food the oder never right.
I don’t understand how you can mess up an order this horribly. I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me a coke. I asked for a quarter pounder and they gave me CHICKEN instead of the hamburger. I asked for a strawberry milkshake and they gave me some type of smoothie. I always have a terrible experience here. Go somewhere else where they respect human rights.
Got $40+worth of food and wouldn't expect a 100 and they were changing draws and there was plenty of change and no signs posted saying only$20 it was 2:00 in the afternoon horrible service and professionalism not surprised though
I do not like this location this location is horrible everyone is always doing x y and z and not what they're supposed to be doing!
I just drive through and order 4 large French fries and 40pcs chicken nuggets. But the way the girl take the order said not clear and so mean. Finally I came home and check it only 38 PCs chicken nuggets without fries.
