This is the worst managed Mc Donald’s in the area. They frequently get orders wrong, serve cold food and are rude to the customers. There are a couple of friendly hard working young women working there, but most of the employees are incompetent and nasty.Examples:Breakfast burritos that are cold and have hard tortillasFish sandwiches with a toasted buns and no cheeseReceiving regular coke when ordering diet cokeHard cold friesLeaving out items that were orderedReceiving the wrong orderEmployees yelling and using foul language in front of customers.And to top it all off, this location charges more than others in the area for the combo meals. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further.
This McDonald's location is now in its 4th incarnation since 1990, but I can't say its one of the better ones.The order kiosks do not warn you they do not provide receipts, nor does a customer know what table number to type when prompted because there are no table markers offered at the kiosks. Nor can the manned cashier station provide a missing kiosk receipt, nor can they identify your order unless you recite it. Finally, the kiosk terminates the order without telling you your order number.My fries bordered on crunchy and had no salt applied as if been sitting in the heat-lamp for at least an hour, which was quite surprising since I was the first lunch order at 11 AM. Apparently under this specific manager, fries are prepared to sit far in advance of lunchtime. Finally, WiFi is limited to messaging only.On the positive side, my double quarter was done correctly and delicious and the staff made a seamless transition from breakfast to lunch. If I return, I will avoid the kiosks.
That got so much better now hat Edmrs not there.
To Whom it may concern. I'm posting this post to pose a question and also the answer. 1. Do you think you should have to wait in line to to purchase something ?. If you have to use the bathroom ???. I say No !!! It is inhumane. So I say if you like McDonald's.2. Don't go there if you got to go to the bathroom. Because t lmkhey don't want your business or Respect you. Sincerely Submitted. ME.
1 tiny sunday which consists of vanilla ice cream a s splash of hot fudge was $3.29Last time i would ever due that.I would go to a farm stand and get a real sunday $4.00 large ice cream hot fudge marshmallow and nuts.

Recent review had been removed. Here is 2 incidents I've had with this place. 2 nights ago I was given a quarter pounder with half the bun missing on the top and just about nothing for toppings/condiments on it. View picture for this burger. Then come to last night I go to pick up an order from their app. I get told rudely that they do not have quarter pounders and I asked for big Macs in it's place. Teller tells me "bro I told you we don't have that." They use different meat. I asked them to cancel the order for me and they said "You can cancel it yourself bro go ahead " Several hours later I am charged for this order that they didn't want to give me or cancel themselves. Just go to the better McDonald's on Belmont Street instead of this one if you value your money.
