I was here today to eat my lunch while it looked like there was a hiring event for and manager conference going on. You would think with a table full of 10 managers in the building that they would pump out something besides ice cold soggy fries. Well not today that is well I'm sitting here eating a woman who identified herself as a store manager put on the phone hiding behind a partition in the wall cannot be seen having a very vulgar conversation. Certainly not coming back.
Decent food some staff are excellent others are miserable. I get that it might not be the most glamorous job but if you hate people as much as some of these people you absolutely shouldn't work at a fast food joint. Just my opinion ? also food is typical mcd sometimes hot and good and mostly semi cold or stale.
I bought a large ice coffee using my rewards points on the mobile app. The transaction on the app went through fine but when I got to the drive thru speaker and gave them the code I received, the cashier told me that the code wasn't valid. After going around with the cashier about it she told me to pull up to the window, when I get to the window, instead of giving me my lrg. Ice coffee they ask me to pull out of line to the parking area. After sitting in the parking area for about 5 minutes, a guy comes out with a medium ice coffee. I asked him if it's a large which it clearly wasn't, then says I think so. Huh??!! Well I did have time to keep playing these games, so I took the wrong order of ice coffee, which on top of everything else didn't have any of the spenda in it that I asked for. I've lived in this area for over thirty years and I can truthfully say that this McDonald's on Crescent is the worst one in Brockton or it's surrounding towns.
This McDonald's is probably one of the fastest ones I've been to, I do door dash with my boyfriend and we have gotten Alot of orders from here, The employees are very nice and fast. Highly recommend if your doing door dash in this area to take orders from here, Like I mentioned this is a pretty fast location compared to the South Weymouth McDonald's where they take forever to do everything!!
Went to the drive-thru to get a happy meal and was told to drive around to the front of the store because they had no fries. Then was given an attitude by the girl who brought it out to me. Will never go to this McDonald's ever again.
I see why the reviews average 3.3 and I'm saying that based on what I just witnessedWhile I was in the Drive-Thru paying for my order a young lady was taking my money and another young lady came and kissed her on the mouth (just very ghetto) and my first initial thought was what would the franchise owner think smh (why bring down someone's business like that)If that happened right in front of a customer's eyes I can only imagine what goes on in the bathroom ?
Worst McDonalds ever! There phone number online does not work and there customer service is horrible. They messed up my order more than 4 times and the workers are disrespectful with an additude.
Idk why is soo hard to make delivery orders CORRECT when all you have to do is READ THE ORDER. People need to read more the orders so this store doesn’t keep messing up. They always mess up.WRONG PIE LIKE ALWAYS

Worst McDonald's ever. Didn't get the whole order. The guy at the drive thru had them remake the order to only get stale bread and witled lettuce on my big mac can't really call it a big mac with no sauce
