Customer service is well needed here to train these ppl at the front. No acknowledgement therefore do not expect a greeting. Rude to their finest! The wait time, is ridiculous. There’s too many ppl in the front with the pad thinking they know how to run a busy place but they obviously don’t. Tables have been dirty for as long as we were there for which it was about 45 minutes. Since I’ve sat at this table and had to ask for coffee because that’s how bad their waitress are!!!!! Not to mentioned, the burned pancakes…HORRIBLERISIMO!!!!!!! Never again ?
I love ihop. I mean I crave this restaurant and each time we visit Boston (or any other place that has an ihop) we make sure to visit at least once. This ihop location is one of my favorite. The staff is always so friendly. The portions are humongous and I liked the fact that they now serve u the syrup in individual containers (you can ask for as many as you want). My daughter loves thes fact that you can order non breakfast items for breakfast. The staff is always willing to swap out items to accommodate what kids want in their plate and do it with a smile.
Haven't been to an IHOP in years! What a great surprise building was beautiful and the inside was immaculate.Our server was very pleasant and the service was great. I was there with 4 teenagers and every order was perfect food was delicious. I would definitely go back!
It was the worst experience I've ever had. It's a shame I took my grandson there for a graduation breakfast. The server was the worst. The food wasn't cooked too what we asked for and most of the food was cold, the coffee was lousy and the mountain dew was watered down. Then to top it all off we couldn't find our server to give us a check. After 20 minutes we finally got someone to take our money. We will never eat there again.
I found the food to be decent overall I didn't partake in much breakfast food others at my table did and I had a sample but my cheeseburger and fries were underwhelming they may have been better if they were hotter and fresher. Unfortunately this is not the fault of the individual who was our server, but the it would be the person responsible for staffing the restaurant. As far as I could see there was only one person working the entire front of the house. He was responsible for all tables plus seating. We also ordered a couple of appetizers the #1 Chicken fingers with barbecue sauce, I thought they were crispy and quite tasty. #2 Mozzarella sticks, they were very crispy and would have been better had they been fresher they were already starting to cool by the time I dipped them into my freezing cold marinara sauce. They should definitely give you heated marinara so as not to aid in the cooling of their mozzarella sticks. I also tried some french toast that was good and a sunday pancake that was quite tasty even though they skimped dramatically on the ice cream. Overall my experience was okay to good. The food was all right and probably could have been good had the place been stabbed properly. The server was friendly and efficient as he could be with the workload. The restaurant was clean and I actually quite enjoyed the music selection during my visit there. I know they are a breakfast joint but I wanted to give the burgers and try, probably won't do that again.
My wife enjoyed her chicken and waffles and the new blue berry drink was great after that was downhill for me. Crepes was empty inside not filling at all per daughter just sweet breakfast was just very bland, disappointing took my wife and kids for Mother’s Day and did not enjoy the day. My eggs was so runny slim all on top u can tell under cooked how do u mess up eggs at a breakfast spot. I would never go back just the eggs part got me upset how do you mess up eggs so badly. Just all around not a place I would want to eat at I wish I was that person and asked for my 88 dollars back, plus 30 min wait to be seated.
Fast and friendly service. The food always tastes up to par but nothing over the top. The app is obnoxiously rife with bugs. Nothing works and I can't place an order. The place is clean good spot to take the family and the prices are fair.
Do not go to this location. Walked in and the host answered and had 2 conversations on the phone before even looking at us. Maybe it's old school but you take care of the people in front of you before whoever is on the phone.We get seated and ignored for 10 mins and my wife actually reminded the host that we were here. Host takes our order.25 mins later we still have no food answered need to leave. At this point, I need to tell you that this was a Friday morning and there were only 2 other tables.Do not eat here. You've been warned.
I have no idea how this place hasn't been shut down yet. The staff there couldn't even be bothered to crack a smile. It's like the cast of the walking dead. Diet Pepsi was flat without even a single bubble. No apologies from the waitress, only well you something else? Well yea. Asked for cranberry, they had none. Asked for lemonade. Which we got and it tasted awful and warm? Maybe 3 tables and one waitress and we waited 15 minutes for ketchup. We didn't dare ask for anything else because we'd be there untol closing. I don't know why I have given my business to this place so many times. Like I keep thinking it's just a bad day. But it's always bad. My family and I will not be returning.
Great food and the staff is superb! I keep meaning to try lunch but that combo breakfast always gets me.
