Called in for a large calzone. Granted, i should've read the menu, but was surprised when the young said 44.00 with a big smile on her face. She hands me a menu. I ask for marinara, and they say that's extra. Still smiling, I ask the young lady to make an exception because she can see I'm caught off guard. She refuses. I ask to speak with the supervisor and explain the $44.00 situation, and would look on getting marinara as a courtesy; having just spent 44.00 on a pizza. He also, refuses. I'll never go back, and can't even eat this calzone....
called over 45 minutes about them giving me the wrong sandwich they said they would deliver it to my work still waiting
I go to Georgio's about twice a year and should go more as it's about a 12-13 minute drive away. It's in a decent spot in Brockton on Pearl Street.

This place stays busy 6 days a week. Whenever you call the 2 numbers it can get really hard to get in touch with the business. Your better off ordering online because people are constantly calling for orders. Customer service when you walk in is pretty good and when your food is ready they have it on the table ready for you to grab n go
I have been going to Georgios since they opened and have always had a good meal. I was very disappointed that I had to pay 15.00 for a chicken rollup with a small amount of feta. Yikes!! I could have gone out for a sit down dinner for 20.00.
As Brockton natives, my family and I have been eating at Georgios for many years. Even as we have moved out of Brockton, we continue to make the 30 min drive to enjoy their food. Unfortunately, the 30 min drive was not worth it this past Saturday as I received terrible customer service from the Georgios staff.I called to place an order. The staff member answered the phone but did not greet me. Instead the phone was flooded with non-work related conversations among what sounded to be like a few teenage girls. After repeatedly saying 'hello" someone finally answered and said "hello". I then had to confirm I dialed the right phone number by asking "is this Georgios?" to which she said "yeah". Very professional.I asked if I could place an order and she said yes. As I am placing the order, I start to have difficulty understanding her with all the background conversation, she hangs up. I call again to place the order, probably should not have considering the initial encounter but family was set on eating Georgios for dinner. Another staff member answers the call, struggled to takes my order (background noise) and before I can confirm my order she says "ok order # and hangs up".Tired and agitated, I picked up my order and made the 30 min drive home. By the time I get home to set up the food for my family and eat, its 9PM. I open my food and realize that I was given a turkey club instead of the cheeseburger club I ordered. I do not eat deli meat and would never have ordered this. The staff member taking my order was clearly having difficulty taking my order due to unprofessionalism of her fellow staff. Unacceptable.I attempted to call Georgios even though it was 2-5 mins after closing, thinking someone might answer especially if they see the same number calling multiple times....wrong. Normally I would have left if for the next day despite my disappointment (and lack of alternative dinner options) but Georgios is now closed on both Sundays and Mondays and therefore I would not be able to speak to anyone until Tuesday.I wait until Tuesday and ask to speak to a manager. The staff member on the phone says "well its lunch time so they can't talk to you right now". She takes my number and tells me someone will call me back. Two days later NO ONE has called me back.I am very disappointed in Georgios and have never experienced anything like this in my family's many years of ordering from Georgios. I normally do not take the time to write reviews (especially negative ones) but with the inability to reach a manager, there were no other options.
