Extremely slow, didn't even notice my mobile order came through and skipped me multiple times.
The staff here are professional, funny and entertaining. They seem like a team. Hope the large cups in. ? ? ? Totally not their fault the cups are in short supply. I playfully joked with them about it and they never missed a beat and joined in. Keep up the good work.
I was looking for my coffee fix in the AM ina part of Brockton and found my favorite java franchise.
I absolutely hate when my order isnt repeated back to me. I want to make sure you heard me right. Well once again got the wrong order today. I asked for a glazed donut got home opened the bag and it was a boston cream. Asked for 2 tea bags in my tea, only got one. The other night i came asked for 2 coffees made the same exact way yet they were both different. I just love wasting money cause you don't want to make sure my order is correct. Simple solution: REPEAT BACK THE ORDER MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS CORRECT
I stop by this location morning noon and night because it’s close to my job and because there’s a few great employees that make my day. I usually go inside and the wait can be long but it’s worth it because I’m the drive thru you wait forever to get your order even taken and you get to the window and can see them all talking with your stuff in their hands. The managers are great one that’s been there for years always makes ya feel right at home and the newer one is always so friendly. Between employees and some of the customers I’ve seen it can’t be easy. Keep up the good work.
This Dunkin Donuts have a great staff however, it's a shame that this locationdoesn't give seniors a discount.
I visit there everyday after work . Service is always great AAA+++ service. Thank you Nicole and everyone.
People are really nice. Feel like family when I go inside. Coffee is never burnt. Always fresh.
