Horrible service. asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant they gave me a chocolate croissant and a one with just cheese on it. Another time i came i asked for two glazed donuts they gave me one corn muffin. they always talk and eat while working and never pay any-mind to their costumers what so ever. I always go to the one in avon now because of the horrible service here. extremely disappointed.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE always serving burnt food when told for the past week and a half I’ve been getting served burnt food I was told I complain too much lil guys that work there are RUDE the manager never knows what’s going on that place is horrible wouldn’t recommend and will be calling their corporate .

Bought coffee and munchkins for our daughter. Fresh.

Definitely enjoyed my iced matcha latte. My food was nice and hot.

I'm a truck driver that works early morning and I understand the lack of quality employees but this location seems to want to open whenever they want, Maybe you should change your hours of service because on at least 5 occasions I came there and the door was locked and the no one acknowledge me at the drive-through, Again I can see five minutes late but not 25 to 35 minutes late so maybe you should change your hours of service because your managers and employees don't care.

ZERO STARS******** THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MORNING MANAGER IS UNPROFFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

I had friend pick up my Small order at this Drive Thru. I ordered & paid for 1 Large Latte & 1 Boston Cream Donut. When my friend pulled up & asked for my order she was handed a Large cup (Latte) she said where's his Donut, & the girl at window insisted I didn't order a Donut. Not only did I pay for 2 items but I still have the receipt in my Google Pay app! I called the National Number because you can't get ANY Local stores to answer a phone if they still pay for a local phone #. The Chat I had to have with the National Corp. was unreal! He said why don't I give you a $1.00 Credit on your Credit Card? I replied not only does it cost close to twice that with tax but the last Three Deliveries from other local Dunkin's were all missing at least half of the average $25 order when I order & it cost me a LOT of time & frustration trying to get that money back. The way I see it you owe me minimum wage for (no kidding) 20 Hours of Office Help for all the Chats, Emails, Phone Calls etcetera, just so he'd think about what I was saying. So he said: I promise I'll get back to you tomorrow. He Never did get back to me. Got another Chat Tech like a week later & he said it's over 48 Hours, so I can't do a thing. I told him to check the records the Chat from same day will be collected electronically and you'll see. No we don't keep those king of records. Funny, neither does Uber Eats, Door Dash or GrubHub either.That's why it's So Hard to get my/ your money back! Over the price of a Donut & what not Dunkin Donuts is my willing to lose my $50 a week in orders. That's Crazy!Barry the Great
