Worst Dunkins in massachusetts. Went last night, waited over 20 mins for my coffee, was charged for someone elses order which they didnt fix and procceeded to give me everyone elses order.
Absolutely not professional, not allergen aware or anything else this place needs more than BOH They don't answer the phone... Probably a higher up issue its rerouted.
It's nice to be able to get breakfast all day long and there is a great place to go to get a quick meal or drink hot or cold

The shower is great if you are 5' tallBending at your knees to wash your hair.Beds are clean and comfortable.Refrigerator and microwave workedI would recommend this place.
We Order hot capacino with milk & sugar but they don't put sugar. Almost 5 People work there still wait 15 minutes for hot capacino...
I love the lady's they are very courteous friendly and fast the three things you want especially in the morning on your way to work a smile goes a long way in my book I hope everyone else has as good of an experiences I did with them everyone have a wonderful day stay safe
So I ordered online using the mobile app which I ordered a bagel with butter spread ON IT. I pick up my bagel and there’s butter packets. This is the third time, ONLY at this location. I mentioned something and the girl says we don’t put the butter on because of Covid! And then all the girls spoke in their language and started laughing obnoxiously. You can’t say to many words in Cape Verde creole so when one of them said covid I knew they were talking about me I just find it to be pure laziness because every other location I have been to puts the butter on for you if ordered that way. If the reasoning was covid they shouldn’t be making half the things they make. You have to tell them to stir your coffee or tea. People can be very ignorant and LAZY!!!!
the workers are rude. the coffee is always burnt as well as the food, its wet for some reason and its always worse on Monday mornings. I'm gonna stop going there but its just they're one of the first opened around me. Absolutely disgusting.
