Went in there two weeks in a row. First week no sour cream, onions and peppers. Second week no onions and peppers. This company is loaded 1k+ for a share of stock and they can’t keep there ingredients stocked. Poor management. Staff was very nice though and the food that I did get was tasty.
I have a gluten allergy and went here because its a safe restaurant for me normally. I went in and told them I have a gluten allergy and they stared at me like they didnt know the protocol. I asked if they could change their gloves and they looked at me like I inconvenienced them because i didn't want an allergic reaction. They changed gloves begrudgingly and made my food. The whole process was rushed and since I came with others; so I bought it and gave it to a friend. I don't think I'll return if they cant follow proper allergy protocol.
I ordered a bol de steak, and the girl put about 8 grains of meat, I asked for more, because I bought 3 lunchboxes and one came almost without meat because she didn't have any more in her stock, she charged me $16 folar for twice the meat if I received a regular amount. I felt robbed, I've been consuming for years, she acted in a mocking way.
I love Chipotle Chips but this is the 5th time that I been to this location and they denied me chips. Even though they have chips, and I clearly see the bags. They say that it’s only for online orders!!
This chipotle is quite possibly the worst one I’ve been to. The service here is consistently horrendous and orders are never made on time. The workers are not very friendly and are honestly quite lazy. Chipotle needs to clear this location.
I wish I could rate this zero stars!I ordered online from Chipotle at 5:15 pm and was told my order would be delivered by 5:57 pm. My Delivery driver called me at 6:20 and said that the restaurant didn’t have my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to get on the phone with me and I could hear her in the background giving the driver an attitude. She said it’s not her problem and to call Door Dash. Upon calling Door Dash, they were able to cancel my order but without refund. In order to receive a refund, Door Dash support tried to get in touch with Chipotle but was not able to reach them. I still have not received my refund of $24.64 and I am very dissatisfied! I order from Chipotle regularly and I will no longer be going here after this! Terrible service! Awful management! Worst experience ever!
Took over 35 minutes for my order to even be placed on the shelf from a pick up order. I tend to give a 5-10 minute buffer with app orders but not 40 minutes. I was not the only one either all of the seats were taken by people sitting just waiting for their order at the same wait times as me. Everyone swarmed to the pick up order shelf when one bag was placed to the point that people going through the line had to go out of their way to avoid the waiting line. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed for the woman in control of bagging considering the bowls and burritos were created faster than her bagging. Terrible experience I will never go there again.
this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I come here often hoping things will improve, but everytime nothing does. the employees have no idea what being nice is and I don’t think I will be returning.
How does chipotle serve customers guacamole made with unripe avocados. I mean it was bad. Had everyone try it and they agreed. If these are the issues management is okay with eveyone seeing, what’s happening behind then scenes?Please just listen to all of the negative reviews. Stay away from this location. Your simple onlineorder will take over an hour for the store to complete… all the while your dasher is just standing there… waiting. No wonder they get canceled, they don’t want to wait. I was lucky mine did…. Can’t wait to see what the food looks like. I wish I would have looked on here before ordering.Food arrived ice cold and quite literally the smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen from any chipotle… A thin layer of white rice that you can see right through to the container. 6 small bits of burnt chicken. A good amount of cheese, no veggies, and I almost forgot there was corn salsa all 1tsp. The nice mix of bendy, stale and moist chips was a nice touch. Matches the terrible guacamole theme ?After this joke of an experience, I don’t think I’m ever ordering from here again. Getting a refund either through chipotle or calling my cc.There 50+ one star reviews in the last year… each repeating the same key issues. Rude staff, small portions, irregular food consistency, and terrible management.
Literally the worst experience ever, and we’ve been to a lot of chipotles. Staff is ridiculously slow. Ordered quesadillas for the kids and they made them and then at register told us they couldn’t sell them to us because it was online only. I asked if something else could be ringed, ‘no’ please pay for the bowls, I asked are you just going to give them to me? No, we have to trash them. Seriously, they wanted me to eat food in front of my kids and they couldn’t solve it for me. I asked what if I pay for them online, and then my kids can eat: sure…. Quesadillas were not even cooked through. My kids were SOOOOO disappointed that they said: ‘let’s NEVER eat chipotle any more, mom’
