Just ordered a $16.00 dish of General Gau's Tofu. The food came quickly, but here's why ... my food was raw & stuck together. Seems as if it was reheated. In addition, I asked for extra hot mustard and was told that I'd be charged. (He did give me 3 extra ones for free)Bottom line. They're too expensive for this type of service. The 1 star was for the rapid delivery
The older guy behind the counter started yelling and aggressively lunged at me because he apparently thought I was going to steal a takeout order. Very angry and miserable human being. Not to mention the food is awful and the restaurant is filthy. From the other reviews, it appears I'm hardly the only one who's had this type of experience here. Steer clear of this place.
Ordered A PU PU Platter AND ALL THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELYDRY. YOU COULD NOT BITE INTO THE APPERTIZERS AT ALL. SOME OF THE FOOD WAS BURNT.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT WAS DISCUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO THE WORST.

If i could rate this a 0 stars i definitely would.Went there around 7-8 am with a couple friends and ask for a table of 4…the guy in the front desk said no dine-in so i respected thatI proceeded to order my food that was a pork fried rice, boneless spare ribs, and some chicken wingsAfter i handed him my friend’s credit card that was in my pocket, he proceeded to ask me if that was my card because it didn’t have my name on it. I told him it was my friend’s card, and right after he gave me the card back, he went to the kitchen talking to the employees in their home language…After i got home, starving…The rice was just like if it was made over a week ago (hard), the chicken wing had a weird taste. The boneless spare ribs was average but a little bit hardOverall my experience in this place was a 0/10. Won’t go there ever again.Do NOT reccomend
My experience there been horrible, very rude owner when costumer has complaints. I bought some rice from there just before they close, got home the rice was so hard it came out the container in one solid piece. WTH, I called the next day to complain and I was told it’s always fresh and don’t like it don’t come back ✌?
I ordered via Doordash as a surprise for my sister's birthday. I ordered a pan fried noodles dish and she said the noodles were hard and dry and looked like a nest. I called there as well because I didn't have an option to schedule the order so I was hoping I could ask them to schedule it later. He rudely told me.."don't call here fix it yourself online" ah well live and learn won't order from there again.
It was crazy because it was new years 30 min to place an order food was decent but very pricey
The absolute worst restaurant, ever. Understandable that a Chinese restaurant would be tough to order from on New Years day, but here's what you do when the order is moving into being three hours late, and your customer has to cancel and order pizza instead: You limit your menu, give your customer precedence who places it four hours in advance, and when you don't make good... either apologize or give a gift certificate, or something. Will never EVER order from you again.
We have Been coming for years, unfortunately prices have gone up and quality gone down. No pork or egg in the dry pork fried rice, something dark chewy in the beef lo mein, no way is that beef. Nicest people but disappointing meal.
