Amazing Food and Service Awesome Food
I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one earned it. I travel for a living and usually enjoy exploring new things but chik-fil-a is like ole reliable when I'm in a hurry or just burnt out. Except this one...I thought maybe it was just a bad day until I saw other reviews.My sandwich was overcooked and dry, the nuggets were cold, and the fries were soggy.This is the dirtiest, slowest, and most unfriendly chik-fil-a I've ever been to. They didn't even deliver your food, just put it on the counter and yell your name. Seems like they need a corporate intervention or something.Pics aren't great but there was just "stuff" everywhere and the bathrooms were filthy.
My daughter begged me to go here so we went thru the drive thru. Was impressed that there where 2 drive thru s and an employee at each one. Pulled up while it was my turn. The woman took our order after asked if paying cash or card. Pulled up and they confirmed order and gave it. Brought home was good.
Best chicken sandwich from what’s considered a fast-food joint, hands down.Always consistent and high quality no matter the location.Go in, sit down, and enjoy — you won’t regret it.Fight me if you think otherwise.
I like the chicken sandwich always delicious and moist. The waffle fries were good a little too much salt. Overall it was a good brunch.
I swear they overcharged us. My adult niece had never gone. Told her fries were to die for. She ate one said no salt and agreed they were awesome. I decided to get in addition to fries and try the mac n cheese. If I got kid tenders 2 and lemonade and my niece side salad with burger ? that it came put to almost 30 bills. I did get large fries. I wondering the price. The food is awesome a mushroom burger or impossible burger be nice considering I can't eat beef.
I have been here three times and every time the service is bad. Every other Chick-fil-A has better service than this one. I have to assume it is bad management as the staff does not seem to be trained to greet people and interact with courtesy and professionalism. longer wait, cold food and acting like they do not want to be there working. Do not go here expecting the friendly great service you can get at any other Chick-fil-A in the country.
If you are black or white, you can come here with no problem. But if you are ASIAN, then you are in big trouble. All the employees here are RACISTS. I want to pick up my order in store, They made the order ready on their counter but won’t deliver it to me. I was standing there seeing they deliver food to the customer who came after me. Completely ignoring me like I’m transparent. Very rude customer service. Avoid these RACISTS!!!
First chain restaurants go Chick-fil-A is above average. The chicken sandwich and their waffle fries seem to be there best two items.To wait 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru is just ridiculous but that's what you get when you're the only decent chicken place in town.
I have only been to this Chickfila location and I absolutely love it. It was extremely busy yesterday and it only took them 4minutes from the time I ordered to the time that I got my food. They are always saying my pleasure. The manager is almost always there greeting customers and making sure everything is running smoothly.
