Been to Boston Market all over the country sad to say that the one in Boston this one is of the lowest quality I’ve seen both building and the food quality
I love their food, just wish for more locations - none where I live or where I work

This is the only market Boston market in town they will cancel your order here if they cant & wont make it.food was ok when I got it made but they will cancel any order online or over the phone.

Picking up a catering order for a doctor’s office. 10 sandwiches, some steamed veggies, a salad, and iced tea. Needed the order for 12pm for a shift change of nurses. Placed the order and was told it would be ready for pickup at 11am. Arrived at 11:06 and was told it would not be ready until 11:45am. Sat and waited until then and then the order was completely wrong. Got all rotisserie half chickens instead of 10 sandwiches. Not sure how the person making the order missed the huge heading on the top of my order that said SANDWICHES but she did. Not mad at her though, she was one of 2 people in the entire place and barely spoke english. She was put into position to fail.
Good was amazing got it on the active menus delivery got informed it would be cpl min late apolagized gave discount family enjoyed it will use the active menus delivery again
This tiny little restaurant was surprisingly good! I really enjoyed my meal. The place needs a little sprucing up but otherwise this was a very good experience.
The entire chicken Burned dark over cooked dry and beyond tasteless. Terrible service- no one could be clearly bothered to do anything. Will NOT go out of my way to this location. BAiT switch last week I was informed bogo Saturday would be manually inputted by store employee. Last night angry employee demanded a code to which Was not displayed on recent receipt. This location is a joke. I will visit Waltham moving forward it’s closer to home. Here is Shady and Sketchy! Waste of $27 food which went to the trash. Go at your own RISK
Ordered food to be delivered. The order went through, charged my card, then at the time it should’ve been delivered the driver texted me and says Boston Market was closed! I never got my food. It says they were opened until 12am but that was evidently not true.
